I came in a family of 4 with (11yrs and 5yrs old kids), assuming that my small family should fit in a room, (which is way much more costly compare to my stay in Dubai and Abu Dhabi hotels.) Hotel room policy is free for kids who is below 12 years old. But the Receptionist Manager insist of extra charging my 11 years old child for the room, which ruin my mood for staying at Al Bab Sham since the start of the stay. This is the only disappointment about my stay at Al Bab Sham with the Receptionist Manager (Lady). Room is very nice and they provide transforming sofa into bed, comes together with bed cover and blanket. Housekeeping is very polite and helpful with my requests. Camel riding, Falcon Show and professional camera taking pictures are included in our stay. With very beautiful desert sunset views. Only that the desert do not have high sand mountain view. (Flat desert view.) Dinner at Al Hadheerah buffet and Entertainment was great, AED499 per head, children half price. Great impression services from Ali at Al Hadheerah. Ali is very polite and always give a friendly smile while serving all customers. Concierge (Nishad) very helpful with my luggage and transportation. Nishad also assist me in introducing me the best Desert Safari experience.

Iconic hotel because of the experience of staying in a hotel in a desert area, and everything is okay, according to the 5 stars and the breakfast is complete and delicious
