Cheap and cheerful!

This hotel is falling apart. Nothing works properly.

The personnel were very helpful and friendly

no ambiance, small rooms, no furniture with drawers, linens look dirty, poor housekeeping, mold in bathroom.

The hotel has nothing to eat other than from the vending machine (which jammed when I tried to use it). The bedding smelt like it had been washed in vegetable oil & the pillow was made from cement. The "superior" room was supposed to be soundproof, but I still heard every car & train that passed - as well as the footsteps of people passing outside! I'd rather pay slightly more for somewhere better, or a lot less for a Hotel b-b or even a Formula 1. The one good thing about the place was the staff - they were very charming!

This hotel is not even on the map! The hotel is in anindustrial area. It is so far out of the city and the hotel is not finished. dont stay in this hotel.

good hotel, restaurant closed at weekends, little english spoken, but then this is france!! Great rooms, free wifi, would stay again!!

was having building work done when i went, but they were reasonably quiet about it. Air con didnt work, and no opening windows wasnt good, food wasnt the best ever, would suggest going elsewhere to eat at night. service was good and friendly, spoke good english.

Hotel standard. Hotel un peu vieux mais chambre correct et spacieuse. Sa localisation ne donne pas envie mais c'est tres calme

Si la chambre était bien agencée, les odeurs d'égouts était forts désagréables. Pas de restaurant sur place, ni aux alentours. Extérieur peu accueillant. Bref, c'est bien pour une nuit, mais certainement pas pour un plus long séjour. Pour ma part, je ne pense pas y retourner, je chercherai un autre hôtel sur le secteur de Muret.

le prix n'a pas été respecter , la chambre à l'étage avec un accès par un escalier en colimaçon avec des bagages??? propreté laisse beaucoup à désirer , trace sur le carrelage ver la tête de lit , lit confortable mais avec peu d'espace entre le lit et la fenêtre. et malgrè le double vitrage le bruit des passage de voiture et camions .

d'entrée je suis tombé sur une blatte dans la chambre! et surtout panne d'eau chaude toute la matinée du coup pas de douche le personnel n'y peut rien le responsable n'est pas là bref l'horreur...

Chambre propre, porte bruillante a l intérieur et salle d eau vite inonder car paroi d eau trop petite. Le dernier jour, pas d eau chaude pour la douche

L’etat général est acceptable mais il y a un problème avec les toilettes la chase à du mal a fonctionner.
