Comfy bed, Covid safety measures in place but not so good as other Campanile’s. No air con and it was 35 degrees in the evening. My mistake when booking perhaps. No soap in container in shower. Carry out breakfast only.

This place is a dump. The pictures show it to be more than it is. Yet, it is worse than a Motel 6. The room was extremely small. Less than 5 feet from the door is the bed. And immediately behind the bed is the small restroom, with a shower stall (no tub). The floor of the shower stall was white concrete, The "office" was by the window, next to the front door. Immediately behind this small office was the foot of the bed. I worried someone could reach in and unlatch the window while my stuff was sitting there and I had gone for the day to visit a customer. I worried about my safety because the neighborhood looked a bit seedy and rundown. And because I was worried for my safety, I checked into another hotel. I tried to get a refund for the 5 remaining days that I did not stay, but the Hotel Campanile Conflans Sainte Honorine decided to play games. They had already charged my credit card for the week. They caimed that because I made the reservation through Expedia that I am out the 600 Euros for the week. I will have to take it up with Expedia. I called Expedia and the story is quite different. They said the hotel will have to issue the refund. Expedia is trying to resolve this but the hotel is not answering the phone. So far, Expedia has written an email to the hotel to try to get a refund on my behalf but nothing is happening. I am so disappointed in this hotel I will never stay here again.

The hotel publish that they offer room and free WiFi. When checked in they say that they can confirm that they provide free WiFi, but, there is no internet on premises at all. They did not even apologized for the inconvenience. Needless to say that if such information was known at the rime of booking, I would not have selected this hotel.

Bad service, arrived 15 minutes past check in time, could not get in touch with anyone, and had to go to another hotel. While there the day after thee personell were very rude. Breakfast not served at promised time the following days.

We booked in for 2 nights but only stayed for one. The 1st room offered to us stank of smoke. The next room offered was slightly better, but we only stayed because it was getting late. The bathroom was grubby and the hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. Would never stay in a CAMPANILE AGAIN.

La vétusté des chambres pèses sur le séjour, sans conter sur l odeur dans la chambre d humidité. C est dommage car c est un bon compromis pour travailler. En opposition la literie est formidable !

Calme, un rafraîchissement des chambres serait bien.

Comme un campanile

Un hôtel facile à trouver, au calme, un accueil très sympa, je le conseille à tous !

Un accueil chaleureux, un repas au top je me suis sentie vraiment accueillie

Rien à dire de spécial sur un séjour en campanile, pas de surprise tout est ok. Mention spécial pour la bonne humeur et le professionnalisme du monsieur à l’accueil !

Le personnel est très attentionné auprès de ses clients. Le directeur de l’hôtel Malik est très accueillant, serviable.

Dommage que cette établissement est resté bloqué dans les années 90 un coup de peinture et le changement des huisseries serait les bien venu
