A very disappointing experience for a 4* All Inclusive Hotel. Surely reception staff should have a happy face. Had to pay for everthing with the exception of cheap quality & limited variety of alchol drinks and meals. A large variety of food but all cooked & prepared very similarly. Aimed mainly at the Eastern European community. Got bored with the food very quickly. All the soft drinks were watered down including the so called fruit Juices. We were a group of 6, we always had to wait for a table at every sitting, because they only had 2 tables in the restaurant that would accommodate 6 people. The head waiter felt he was doing us a favour. A person of self importance. Before the time of restaurant closed they would start picking the food up. WiFi was not available every in the hotel, very poor  connection had to come to the main reception and stand at particular location to make a phone call. The reception and bar area where people would congregate was quite large and they would turn off the air conditioning here. In your bedroom you got one pillow the size was ideal for a child was very uncomfortable. Our bathroom was appalling, the toilet seat had to be replaced with a new one on the first day. The shower rail and curtain collapsed. Had a shower on the first day the tray overflowed and flooded the bathroom which went into the bedroom. Had to change rooms the next day. The room decor was old and tatty, beds were so uncomfortable was not able to get a good nights sleep once.
