Pésima experiencia. Llegué ya noche al hotel casi 11 pm. Me entregaron un cuarto. Mi reserva era de dos camas camas que estaba llena de pelos , sábanas sucias. Hablé a recepción y mandaron a seguridad a checar con un rodillo de quitar pelos. Le dije que si era una broma !!! . Yo le dije que no iba a dormir con mi hija ahí . No les quedó más opción que darme otro cuarto. Ya cansada nos pasamos al otro cuarto. No me pidieron disculpas de recepción o alguien hablaría conmigo como el gerente o algo . Baños sucios llenos de moho, pelos , la tina sucia. Muy mal todo no es como en las fotos la verdad evítense de ir. La alberca sucia y no estaba en servicio. El peor hotel que me he quedado en Puebla .

It was in the center of everything and close to everything

The location is great ,staff is very friendly and helpful, great parking. Hotel rules and policies limits staff for guests needs . Unfortunate batrooms had some mold, sinks with a yellow rim,bathroom black rims, water gets out of shower and make a big poodle in the outside, dirty furniture

Very clean and great staff..

I booked for 3 guests and there was only 2 towels. I called to request more and was given so much attitude for the 1 towel. I requested 3 additional ones and was told no. I told them I would pay an extra fee if that was the issue and they told me no that I would just need to work with what was provided. Never booking here again.

The best about this hotel is the breakfast (which is delicious) and location. The rooms need to be upgrade, you can hear everything the room next. The air conditioning doesn’t work properly. This hotel shoud be two stars.

Entiendo que elegí una tarifa sencilla, pero ni siquiera me pusieron la botellita de agua pura que como mínimo te regalan en todos los hoteles. Por el nivel que presume el hotel, se espera que aún la tarifa sencilla no sea tan sencilla como en otros lados, pero así es.

The hotel lacks maintenance. We had a big problem with a leaking faucet and the one used to fill the bath tube was loose and shaky. The bath tube was not clean. The wifi internet did not work during the four days I stayed there. The staff at the counter couldn't help me with that. Even the TV did not work because the internet net did not work.

Fantastic location, great staff, room upgrade was not expected but greatly appreciated; also loved that there was air conditioning and pool + gym. 10/10 highly recommend

Muy buena ubicación, el buffet rico y variado. Hay tinas en todas las habitaciones. Me volvería a hospedar.

The hotel is great . Clean . The staff are nice . Walkable lots of food near by .

There was no real control of the temperature in the room. It was just too cold for me. There was no extra blanket. The toilet was not performant, had to flush multiple times to restore clean water. There was NO glasses or cups in the room. I had to ask for them.

Clean, great price. The gym is very nice and 24 hours. Very comfortable

I had a great stay, 5 min walk to the zocalo and very peaceful environment
