Beautiful and Quiet place, very good services

Japanese style room, spacious, clean, beautiful view.

The only thing I like about this hotel is the View. This hotel is not wheelchair friendly... You will likely to miss the turn, into the hotel... After parking your car at the carpark, you have to walk to reception to get the buggy to your room. Every morning we have to walk 1 and half floor down the reception building for breakfast.

This is my second time staying here. The accommodation is reasonable in price, convenient, comfortable. The staff is lovely, provides good service and advice. If I have a chance to visit Khao Kho, I will still choose this place.

The atmosphere inside the hotel is full of trees, which provides shade and relaxation. However, the disadvantages are mosquitoes, geckos, spiders and lizards. Stayed in the Hillside Chalet Deluxe room with a bathtub. The room is spacious. The balcony is very wide. You can see Phu Kaew Phik viewpoint. The disadvantages are that the room is old. At night, you can hear the sound of wood cracking from the ceiling. The air conditioner in the room is old and noisy, but the cold works normally. The bathroom is very old and smells musty. The bathtub has mold, so I use the shower instead. The cold and hot water systems work well. The refrigerator in the room is very cold. And the Wi-Fi signal is also good. The swimming pool does not look very clean. There are leaves floating in the pool. So I chose not to use it. The sauna room is also scary. While walking around the hotel, I accidentally saw a staff member in the restaurant. This staff member stood and spit into the field below, but the staff did not see that I saw it. I pretended to look away instead. Overall, I would give the stay a score of 6/10.

The floor in the room is a little cracked, but the view is very beautiful. Overall, it is very good. I did not find the coffee spoon since I checked in. When the staff called us, we were confused.

Very scary, old style rooms, dirty bathrooms, bad smell.

The room smelled musty, dirty, and the bathroom smelled. The furniture is very old. The air conditioner is very old. If you want to stay, you must bring a Buddha image with you. and pay homage to the god of the road Since before climbing the mountain And most importantly, bring a lot of friends.

The room is a bit old but still okay, suitable for the price. The room is very big and has a wide balcony. The entrance and exit doors both in front of the room and to the balcony are hard to open and close, they are old wooden doors. The bathroom is okay, the water pressure is good. Breakfast is less, not a buffet but a set of ABF and rice soup. The resort atmosphere is good, shady, beautiful. The swimming pool is not very private and lacks maintenance. Overall good, when compared to the price, very good value.

Nice view, clean room, good for long stay

Quick check-in and juicy welcome drink. The room has more space and good views. It's near khaokho and easy to find. The location is on hill and the place is good to relax

Requested for two single beds it wasn't given to us. But upon calling reception they promptly changed it for us luckily it 's just next door. The room is just very basic. The pictures looks nice but it 's a very old facade nothing much to look forward to. If you don't mind it being old and run down it 's definitely worth the money. The balcony area outside doesn't have sitting so gotta drag the chairs out if you want but there is only 1 chair available in the room.

The room water heater is broken. the phone is broken The TV turns off every half. Hours and can't open again. The staff changed the room to a new one. TV Ki again

รีสอร์ทเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายดูแลต่างๆค่อนข้างช้า ประตูห้องเปิดไม่ได้โทรตามช่างให้มาดู ระหว่างฝนตกเรานั่งรอห้องญาติที่อยู่ติดกัน เผื่อรอช่างมาเพราะฝนตก สรุปรอผ่านไปครึ่งชั่วโมง โทรตาม operater บอกช่างมาแล้วไม่เจอใครเลยกลับ เอิ่ม!! คือถ้าลูกค้าเข้าห้องได้ ช่างมาถึงก็ควรเคาะประตูถามถึงรายละเอียดก่อนไหม ไม่ใช่กลับไปเลย การบริการยังถือว่าช้า รวมถึงทีมยกกระเป๋า ยืนรอจนต้องยกของขนขึ้นห้องพักเอง สรุปคือพักครั้งเดียวพอ แต่ทีมพนักงานต้อนรับ check in couture ยิ้มแย้ม ให้บริการไวดีค่ะ ไม่ได้เหมารวมทุกฝ่าย
