Beautiful hotel with a friendly staff!

This property is right accost from the convention center. Very convenient.

Went for Mother’s Day weekend to have a pool day… live only an hour away. Pool was tiny. We did get wings and a quesadilla from the restaurant and it was good. Nice clean location. Felt safe for being in the city

Great stay!

Friendly staff…but only concern is first day of stay, we had issue with cleanliness. It was so dusty and my allergies got triggered . Otherwise, place was quiet, close to everything .

Nice clean hotel in a safe area exactly in front of the convention center. Can't beat it if going to New Orleans for a seminar. Takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to Bourbon street.

Great location! The Hotel was very well maintained and managed. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Bar service was excellent as was the members lounge. Definitely would stay again.

Amazing stay! Very clean

The hotel was nice however, I think it is very unaccommodating to have a guest stay at your establishment and not be able to park where they stay. I checked in with my bags and attempted to valet park my vehicle and was advised that I could not be accommodated. There was a large event taking place at a nearby event space and I truly believe that the valet parking that should have been for hotel guest were sold to others attending the event only. There is no way that you should have guest checking in and couldn’t park. I witnessed an elderly lady in a wheelchair be placed on the sidewalk until her daughter could find somewhere to park. When being asked for directions to a place to safely park the valet stated “ I don’t know , you have to just drive around!” The staff was not very nice or helpful.

The room and accommodation were great! The issue with the restaurant and bar area, under staffed and no help ever came the entire weekend.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient and the hotel was very clean.

Stayed here to go on a cruise the next day. The walls are thin and you can hear and smell everything. Room next to us was smoking weed and being loud all night. We called the front desk and they came up and it stopped for 10 mins then they went right back to it.
