Hotel was very clean. Beds comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Would stay there again. Amazing views.

The shower has a glass enclosure that is less that the half of the shower length. They have a high pressure shower that disperses water all over the place making the floor wet up to the room. At night, the noises are strong making your sleep very difficult.

We thought it in a good location. Nice hotel and would stay there again.

Very comfortable for a short winter break. Jacuzzi Sea view rooms excellent. Plenty of variety in the buffet dining room and evening entertainment was entertaining! Perfect location for the old town.

My first day there and my passports were stolen from my bedroom I’m elderly and had to take a 4 hour ride there and back to Madrid in order to go to the embassy to get new ones my wife’s jewelry was also stolen. I would never go back.

All over mold

Previously stayed at sister hotels and enjoyed so thought I’d give it a go. Can’t go wrong with all inclusive great booze and food. Hotel was clean, room and had sea view, bit rough in places but for price not gonna moan The cons Absolutely nowhere to sit indoors apart from 2 sofas in reception and couple of tables on 1st floor. My mam really struggled as she has mobility issues so struggled with the modern low chairs/bed or bar stools on roof and round pool area For money paid I’m happy, wouldn’t pay top price out of season

From my opinion this hotel is overrated. It is a 4 star hotel but looks like a 3 star hotel. I was kind of disappointed, the pictures are misleading. Location is very good though and you have plenty to do around.

Rooms cleaned and stocked daily Great location on flat esplanade so… good for people with disabilities. Food choices were not the best on this visit, I would have thought we may get turkey on Christmas Day. We were on first sitting Christmas night and the second sitting were provided with table gifts etc we did not get any Minimal entertainment where their was nightly entertainment on our past visits. Maybe it was just the time of year/ covid but it has certainly changed! Lack of seating in lobby area which was also cold. Staff friendly.

Absolutely amazing hotel. We’ve stayed in many hotels but this is definitely our favourite. Given a glass of champagne while we were checking in, my daughter had a soft drink and a cookie. When we got to our room we have a bottle of champagne with 2 glasses waiting on the table. The room was spotless and well cleaned. We had a sea view room which was amazing. The first thing we did was open the window to listen to the sea. Staff was very friendly and professional. We went all inclusive, the food and options were fantastic, all alcoholic and soft drinks free and snacks available in between meals. Food was being cooked fresh. Breakfast was 8am...Lunch 1pm...Evening meal 7.30pm. The hotel is situated in Old Town, which is the quieter side, but only 10 minute walk to the Point, 10 minute walk to the town centre, 15 minutes walk to New Town. The sea is just across the road. It has life guards walking and watching people in the sea. The beach was clean, with the option to hire a lounger for around €5 for the day. There are mini super markets close by if you need to pick anything up. A large pharmacy just around the corner. Plenty restaurants.The hotel has entertainment each night. The roof top terrace has a fantastic view and has its own bar and sun loungers. There is a small pool but It is situated at the back of the hotel and doesn’t get much sun. The only slight negative was the beds were a little on the hard side, but still ok. We’re looking forward to booking this hotel again.

Really nice hotel, really good quality food, staff excellent and friendly and tried to ensure guests were looked after. All this added to the relaxed atmosphere. Really well placed opposite the fab Beach that Benidorm has to offer well worth the Sea View room amazing view because of the hotels location on the sea front.

Good location. Only gripe was food was luke warm. Branded drinks on all inclusive was a bonus. We wished we'd booked a sea view room.

Everthing perfect. Second time I've stayed here. Was greeted by Veronica at the reception who is very friendly and professional. The welcome drink of cava was a lovely touch. Room was spacious, incredibly clean and comfortable. I love this hotel. Perfect in every way.

Location of hotel excellent and staff could not be more friendly. Some lovely touches. Food and drink provided in all inclusive option brilliant. Only down side was the pool area was small and very busy but cocktails on floor 9 at sundown made up for it. Would definitely return.

Value for money, fully inclusive - meant fully inclusive - no conditions at all. Very clean, service excellent, food top class, rooms and facilities 5 star. Location perfect. Would definitely recommend it, I will be returning.

Our fifth visit to the hotel proved to be yet another great holiday. Superb staff and an easy check in and check out. Good selection of food with hard working waiting staff. Was treated to a bottle of champagne and a cake for my birthday. See you next year!
