Nice, the food is delicious, there is a sauna

Everything is great. Staff are friendly. Hotel have beautiful view of Eiger Mt. They have free mini bar and welcome drink. Breakfast is good. The hotel is quite distance from train station but they have pick up service.

The staff's service was not friendly 1. When I checked in, they did not help me bring my luggage to the room. 2. Sitting in a place with a fireplace in the hotel premises, I brought down the hotel's beer from the room and the bar staff came out. spoke in an unfriendly manner 3. There were no slippers in the room 4. The staff serving breakfast was even worse, asking to clear the table but no one was willing to do it 5. The wifi in the room changed the password and the staff asked to use the public wifi. If I refused, the staff would redo the room's wifi
