Check in was ok. Room was ok - however room was warm and itchy at night.
The service was horrendous, tried ordering room service - hung up on 3/4 times. Things turned worse at breakfast when I was constantly sighed and tutted at for pouring an orange juice. I understand covid, but for someone to run over and snatch the bottle, sigh, tut and tell me I’m wrong is unnecessary.

Finally went to check out and was told I hadn’t paid - showed my receipt and hotels.com account proving I had, the guy told me I was wrong and told me ‘it’s ok because my details are on file’, started entering my details into the card machine, then realised he was wrong. Apologetic after that.
Uncomfortable. Rude staff and service was a joke.
Hated everything about this hotel.
