Staff was very friendly

Property recently renovated, The room was clean with goose down pillows! Spacious and well appointed with fridge and microwave

My stay was wonderful I wasn’t expecting it to be so nice for such a cheap price . My plane got delayed. Could stay at the airport but love it here so much I drove 30min back because I love my room the bed was so comfortable

The property is in a depressed part of Houston. It’s not a really great area around the airport. The room itself is just OK, but the bed was very comfortable.

Staff is amazing and room was exceptionally clean!

Room was very clean and everything worked really nice. I just wish the pool was bigger and I haven’t gotten my refund back.

The room was decent for my one night stay. The bed was freshly made & there were fresh towels. The couch could have been a bit more clean, so I didn’t sit on it. But it was an overall good stay.

There were so many pieces of tape all over the walls with numbers. Not sure if it was for painting or fixing but it was annoying to see. Taking pictures before heading out to the concert was a no and also the pool was closed even though the weather was nice.

Showed up, they set me up with the room, was the wrong room, not the advertised room. They said they could switch my room the next day however it was supposed to be my birthday staycation. Meaning on yhe day i should be resting i'm moving bags. I moved into the new room the following day and settled in. All was fine till i look at my bank the next morning and my card was charged a random amount tje office said it wasn't them but it was still charged. If i had the chance to stay here again i wouldn't

Very nice staff. Rooms have been completely redone.. I mean completely. They are great. Very quiet. Nice that we have a computer with printer for some output. I liked the coffee machines in the lobby. Capucino, latte, etc. Will stay again
