O hotel é maravilhoso e tem uma localização perfeita! Fica a apenas 2 ou 3 minutos a pé da Torre Eiffel, cerca de 10 minutos do Arco do Triunfo e aproximadamente 15 minutos da Champs-Élysées. Para atrações mais distantes, como o Louvre, a Notre-Dame ou o Sacré-Cœur, o acesso também é muito fácil, com várias estações de metrô bem próximas. A região é super segura, fica ao lado de uma área policial, e o fato de o hotel não estar em uma rua muito movimentada torna o local bem silencioso — o que foi um ponto super positivo. Os quartos são confortáveis, o banheiro estava extremamente limpo e a equipe foi sempre muito educada e solícita. Recebemos ótimas dicas sobre o que fazer em Paris, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa viagem. Bem pertinho do hotel tem um restaurante e uma padaria, onde tomamos café da manhã em vários dias. O restaurante também é excelente, com um bom cardápio e funcionamento até mais tarde. Chegamos uma vez depois da meia-noite e ainda conseguimos jantar muito bem por lá. Só tenho elogios! Nossa estadia foi tranquila, segura, confortável e muito prática. Recomendo demais!

Been here twice and it is a great place with a nice staff. The rooms are small but I never stayed in them anyway during the day. I walked everywhere and it was really close to the Batobus on the Seine.

The hotel is fine. It’s clean. The beds are flush the bathrooms clean the water is hot. The location is prime you are within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the arc de triumph, and champs Elysee. I need to do in the area. I was able to navigate here very easily from CDG on the train. There were a few transfers, but nothing complicated. It’s so close to the metro. You can get anywhere in like half an hour max The staff was delightful however I would caution anyone staying here to request not to be staying on the first floor. the entry level. It is noisy and disruptive. I couldn’t rest every morning. I woke up to someone talking loudly. You can hear every word that they’re saying at the front desk. I did complain about this and they try to make it right, but they told me that I could move on the second day of my trip as I was walking out the door to visit scheduled attractions I didn’t want to lose the time, but I had already scheduled so I told them never mind. They offered me free breakfast, but it was so loud on that night when I returned, but I didn’t get to bed until later and then I slept in late so I didn’t even get a chance to take advantage of breakfast overall again the staff is extremely courteous just don’t stay on the first floor.

Good neighbourhood

Arrivée tardive à la réception plongée dans le noir et personne pour accueillir les clients. J’ai du récupérer ma carte seule. La chambre était très spacieuse mais la literie horrible…gros trou entre les 2 matelas et ressorts dans le dos au milieu. Difficile de ne pas se lever avec un mal de dos. Sinon le petit déjeuné simple mais apprécié.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast did not have a lot of choices. We always ate out. I loved that it was within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower.

Staff specially night shift guy needs real hospitality training…. Very very bad even I couldnt put it in words. Over rate over priced. Stay away from this hotel. Really, stay away.

Nice location Very small room Mattress was slanting on one side of the bed…. I was literally Rolling off the bed.

Great for short stay, central! On ground floor so only downside was heard a couple of people in reception come in late/leave early, but not huge hotel so not much traffic!

We were charged a deposit despite having made a full payment ahead of time which we are not certain whether it will be refunded

Compact, clean as a whistle, chic and cozy, quiet My hotel fitted my needs perfectly for my Olympic Opening ceremony and games visit. The room was the most thoughtfully designed one I've stayed in. A place for everything despite it not being large. Very quiet other than noise of people opening doors and restaurant over the road desposing of bottles early in the morning or late at night. Close to a street full of cafes and Boissiere metro is a couple of minutes to walk too. During the Olympics there were many constrictions so travel was impacted in Trocadero area. . Pleasant helpful staff. Sad to leave.
