Excellent location to see Buenos Aires. Room clean and adequate. Meeting room adequate and convenient. Front desk staff helpful. Breakfast buffet unfortunately mediocre especially in comparison to other accommodations on our trip. Offerings were plentiful but not tasty.

Tired. Elevators quirky. Hard to get coffee in the room. No drawers in ‘suite’ so we had suitcases on the floor. Very slow to get room made up. Good location though and a sufficient breakfast.

Breakfast was very poor. Tinned fruit, bacon limp like a dish cloth, processed cheese and ham.

The front desk staff at 725 Continental were exceptional, friendly, and helpful during my 13 day stay at this hotel. I look forward to staying at this hotel in the near future.

Needs an upgrade. Food service is excellent

The hotel was perfectly located to walked around San Talmo. It was very clean and well done. The roof top pool and bar were very nice.

This hotel is very conveniently located and is within walking distance of all the main attractions in central BA, a lot of restaurants and shopping near by, excellent breakfast and super helpful staff!

Staff at front desk are helpful, courteous and speak good English. The room and bedding are very comfortable with a relatively quiet AC unit. The hotel is very well located within walking distances to main attractions. There is a small grocery store next door and a number of restaurants nearby. The starting route of the Hop on Hop off red bus starts right in front of the hotel.

Location, location, location perfect. Clients should check bills for unauthorized charges. Suspect inside job. Easily resolved, but worrisome in dining area. I discussed this issue with desk staff, not sure if they will take appropriate action.

Good location, breakfast disappointing, negative overall attitude

Really good customer service via WhatsApp. Poor customer service at the front desk. WhatsApp agent helped us get airport transfer, room help, information about the hotel. Front desk reserved another airport transfer that didn’t show up. Front desk gave us bar vouchers that did not work. Front desk claimed to give us a room upgrade but it wasn’t one. (Same room type except noisy close to the elevator). Not sure what the issue is. I am a native Spanish speaker so it isn’t a language thing. I’d recommend the hotel but relying on with WhatsApp for actual service. Great location and comfortable hotel otherwise!
