It was ok, the staff were very helpful, as we were given the wrong room to begin with but the receptionist helped by finding a room which would suit us better. I booked two superior twin rooms online and paid in advance, unfortunately, we were given one twin and a small double. The hotel was fully booked but the receptionist found us a twin after a small wait. We didn’t have breakfast so I cannot comment on this. It had a smell of cigarette smoke in our room even though it was a non smoking room. For an overnight stay on our way home to the UK it was adequate and had convenient underground parking right by.

Average hotel in the center of things. Very easy to access from the train station. The breakfast was not the best in the world but fresh. I don’t think there is parking as it’s located on a pedestrian street, although there is a public parking garage under that street.

The rooms are not similar as advertised on the website, the beds are way smaller. The lightning is terrible, like hospital rooms, no plug for your phone charger next to the bed and it is very noisy, especially when other quest close the doors. I have mentioned my complaints to the front desk, but they couldn’t offer me a room that was aligned with the pictures in the site. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

There was no way to drive to the hotel, it’s only accessible on foot. We were not informed of this or provided any instructions for parking. The website says they have English speaking staff, but they did not. We called 3 times during the 90 minutes + we were trying to find it, and the person at the desk could not help at all. Once we finally found the hotel, it was comfortable and a nice walkable location for one night in Riems.

The hotel is located close to the Reims centre train station. It was great if you are traveling by train. Very walkable location - great dining options. We arrived earlier, so we had to store our luggage at the hotel till the check in time at 3. The room was smaller than we expected, but very clean. The shower stall was very small too. Breakfast was very tasty. Staff was very friendly.

Despite being listed as a full accessible property, this hotel is NOT wheelchair accessible. There is a step into the front foyer, that we managed to navigate and hoped it would be the end of our problems, but upon checking in, the receptionist greeted us with ‘there is a problem, there is no lift’, despite it being listed on Expedia that there is. Luckily, but also worryingly, she was able to promptly secure us a room in an accessible hotel across the street, but as the receptionist didn’t seem flustered by the situation at all, it suggests to me that it has happened before. PLEASE UPDATE THIS HOTEL LISTING WITH THE CORRECT ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION! Also, this hotel does not have or offer parking. There is a public car park very close by, but it cost us 17 euros for 12 hours, so again, not what is in the listing.

Good location in the city centre of Reims. Close to shops and restaurants.

Superb location. A 4 star bathroom in a nice 3-star room. Excellent staff and nice breakfast.

Easy to reach from train station. Convenient. Very nice front desk.

Welcoming reception staff, clean room and comfortable beds were all very nice. However our air con did not work and was constantly on hot which meant we had to turn it off. Breakfast bar was situated in over crowded narrow hallway making the experience quite unpleasant. There also was not much selection available. On our first morning we were not given cutlery and plates and even after asking for it we were not given the full set. On our second day when we saw how full the room was, we decided to get out out for our breakfast.

Could not stay as could not park anywhere as roof rack on roof of car so couldn’t get into the hotel car park ,or any other car park .rang the hotel for advice told a public car park 15 mins away .,looked at it but felt that wasn’t safe .Especialy booked The Best Western as it had a car park .furious and want money back .Had to spend the night in The Campanile outside Reims as safe parking .

Definitely it’s a one night hotel. The location is good. The rooms need a redesign.

Great central location. Lots of places to eat and drink at close by. Staff all lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast is great. In the rooms the shower is the only negative. It looks great but the Bathroom easily floods. Definitely love to come back.

Ideal location, clean rooms.

Check in good with friendly receptionist. Comfy bed and slept well with surprisingly no noise from street before. Breakfast was good however the staff didn't engage or smile at all but looked grumpy. Door to our bedroom was difficult to open and close as it was swollen so stuck.

When we arrived there was no power for the rooms or key cards. Their seemed to be only one member of staff who was run ragged up and down stairs letting people into room as well as running reception. She took it all in her stride and was full of apologies. She deserves a pay rise and promotion for her efforts. We got power in the rooms later but still no key card. It didn't affect our stay. Location was great, room fine, staff excellent!
