Stay was great, breakfast good, staff accommodating!

Great stay!

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was decent.

Room was spacious and clean. We arrived early and asked Nav if we could check in to our room knowing that checkin wasn’t until 3pm. She was abrupt with us and said we are very busy and check in isn’t until 3. I then just asked if our room was ready. She wouldn’t even check, she just said we are very busy and check in isn’t till 3. When we finally checked in I had to have room keys reissued4 times. It was not a smooth process at check in.

A VERY nice, well managed hotel, with excellent staff!

Very nice room and clean to the corners!! We lucked out as we stayed on “free” Wednesday and had a free butter chicken & rice dinner. Yummy. Popcorn to greet us when we arrived. Very nice. Highly recommend.

My daughter loved the popcorn in the lobby, we got the fireplace suite and had a lovely evening

Navneet at front desk is so help-full, friendly and honest. I forgot my ID at the front desk but she called me right away and reminded about my ID and kept that safe responsibly until I came back and get it.
