Rooms are small and no place to put your clothes Small closet and you live out of your suitcase

The only thing that I am not able to rate as excellent service was the service in the breakfast room because I did not feel a pleasant atmosphere.

Noisy rooms next to main road and lack of soundproofing. They changed my room for one that was suffering from damp - see pictures!

Great location, very nice hotel and friendly staff will certainly use again when working in the area

The price was good for the value.

Staff were great but the hotel is very tired paper coming off walls, mould in the shower, poor to non existent temperature controls and no bar on Friday evening.

Dirty room , poor service with incompetent employees and no manager available. A/C not functioning well , TV not functioning well . Expedia, how can you rate this hotel 3stars ! Maybe you should do your job and proper evaluation Avoid this hotel at any cost !

Hotel is great. Staff is very friendly. The air conditioning system was a big problem during our stay. Very hot in the rooms. We had to sleep with windows open to freshen the room. Beds are reasonably comfortable and room size is good.

The cigarette smell in the room and the bad AC. I could not sleep the night that stayed in that room.

Found this hotel after an internet search done at very short notice following a flight cancellation. All I can say is that ‘we got lucky’. The hotel is so clean, has a nice bar, friendly and professional staff and has many good but inexpensive restaurants nearby.

Staff friendly but paying for an upgraded room and to have tea and coffee but milk was not included. The breakfast was also basic

Your staff were excellent especially the young nan from Barcelona that worked in the restaurant. Food was great too

It was a nice place No cable so there were no Options to watch a movie or any sports. Only 10 Channels of Spanish tv I had no air conditioning the 1st night. I was moved into 2 additional rooms which also had no ac. The next morning it was fixed but they never moved me back into the superior size room I paid for. Nor did compensate me for the 1st night. Not a glass of wine bottle of water or anything
