Fast checkin. Property was nice. Room was clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. Pillows were great.

Everything was great except for the loud car racing on the public road in front of the hotel Saturday night from about 8-10.

Very nice stay comfortable room, clean and good air conditioning, only thing I can complain is internet is not free.

Bedding did not seem very clean sheets were stale feeling not fresh, bathroom floor obviously hadn’t been swept because someone’s make up stick was left under the sink. only had one tissue in the tissue box, was a odor in the room. Called prior to arriving for check in and was told there was no deposit when I arrived at check-in They charged me a deposit. Just luckily I had money on my card. I usually use cash for everything would have been a disaster if there wasn’t had been enough on my card for the deposit after driving a 2 Hour Dr. to the hotel. I stayed one night woke up the next morning went down to the breakfast area at 8:30 AM there was no coffee!! Four employees in the back room, talking and laughing and had to interrupt them and tell them there was no coffee out here to drink was then told it will be about five minutes. Went back 10 minutes later got a cup of coffee. There was no sugar told the employee could I please have some sugar with my coffee just doesn’t seem to be very organized. Upon checking out another customer ahead of me complained about a housekeeper was very rude to her so I know I’m not the only one that was unhappy with my stay.

Yes, this is a great place. Stuff was so friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great. Parking was great and safe.

Stayed here with my son to be close to MIDFLORIDA for a show. Check in was a breeze especially doing it on the app. The front desk gentleman was super nice. The room was spacious and super comfortable. Breakfast was great and loved the choices. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked so fun
