Dining options are limited. Especially for vegetarians. My suggestion would be to go into Napa. Don't expect a phone call back from this hotel. I called 7 times and left 3 messages in regard to a room block for a conference I was going to and no one ever called me back. It is a very beautiful spot though.

El lugar esta muy bonito y limpio el servicio fue exelente solo el unico inconveniente que tuve es cuando hice la reservacion la hice porque el cuanto lo quería con un balcon y la vista al mar pero solo me la dieron con vista al mar pero no con valcon porque ya no tenian disposables y Chica que nos atendio fue muy cerbicial y amable y paramos extra pero si tu unos vista al mar fue Marbellaso muchas gracias sinceramente Laura

Rooms were beautiful and clean, wonderful environment.

Booked Meritage on Expedia. I asked for a special request in regarding my fiancé & I, 1 year engagement to decorate the room in some way. When we got to the room they didn’t do nothing. Not sure if they saw the request or was just lazy (-1 point) There was a restaurant on site we wanted to go for breakfast which was called Olive & Hay. They were closed everyday for our 3 night stay. Really disappointed (-1 point) Room service was really slow. I requested ice be delivered to our room because front desk said there was no machine for guest to have access. We waited nearly 2 hours just to get a bucket of ice (-1 point) Overall: Property is nice, ember steak house was good, grocery store on site (over priced) & spa (overpriced — couples treatment for $500 for an hour?? Whaat?) Would not come here again but my fiancé & I made the most out of it. Also watch out for the $300 charge when you get to registration/check in. It’s mandatory they charge your card.

Our stay was short but we really enjoyed everything. The bar at the pool area on the family pool its definitely a plus

Had a nice time at the pool with family for the 4th of July. Rented a cabana the food and beverage manager was awesome and her servers were fast and attentive.

Overcharged for room and given a different room instead. Poor front desk abilities of front desk clerks. I booked a vineyard room and given a room farthest from the vineyard. Also, over billed $300 for the room.

Hemoglobin-stained washcloth ... and stained (also hemoglobin?) bed/canopy curtain. I could write more, but why?

The hotel, the staff, amenities & location were great. Unfortunately, the room I paid for wasn’t the one I got, however, the difference was discounted from my bill. The check in line was long, apparently because the Meritage front desk staff check in guests from the hotel next door causing an influx of guests waiting to be checked in. Regardless , I definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

We had a beautiful stay at the Meritage. All the staff were exceptional—so polite, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The free shuttle to downtown Napa was a wonderful perk. We loved both the adults only pool and the family pool. I can’t wait to go back their again with my family or for a girls weekend!

Great getaway with my daughter. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was excellent.

Most lights in our room including patio light did not work. Shuttle that they run to and from downtown Napa was not accommodating. They run one bust and people have to sit on each others laps to make room. It was dangerous and uncomfortable.

We had a great time at this property during Father's Day weekend. The best part was the Father's Day event and buffet!

Long wait lines to check in didn’t love the customer service

Everything you’d want to do is either at the property or across the street from the property. Ex: at the property, you have restaurants, a spa, a pool, & areas to walk thru the vineyard. Across the street, you have more restaurants, a gourmet grocery store, more areas to walk. It’s fabulous!

Rest and relaxation 2-night stay in this lovely hotel.

I booked a vineyard room and was given a pool view room. They told me at check-in it's a vineyard room but I see the pool too, it was the other way around, it was a pool view room and if turned your neck 90 degrees you could see glimpse of vineyard. All other pool view rooms actually had better view of the vineyard.

Nice balcony overlooking fire pit. Conveniently located for crush restaurant.

Facilities are very good, Service though is extremely poor. An hour long line to check in, one person only in reception, a promise of a bottle of wine as a welcome, that was not in the room as stated, cleaning of the room was poor, they didnt leave towels, or water, seemed as if you have to be on top of everything and reminding them you were actually a paid guest expecting a great service, jacuzzi was not working and never worked while I was there, great for families it reads, but children under 18 have to actually move to a different location in order to enjoy a pool and jacuzzi (that wasn't working) Poor experience at a very good facility.
