Overall cleaning could improve.

Atención al cliente fatal, súper grosera la chica de la recepción, no especifica horario, el bar cierra temprano, no brindan ni hielo, no tiene opción a pagar descorche , el aire te lo apagan 2 horas antes de retirarte, las toallas sucias, no había servicio de limpieza, falta de información sobre la estadía en la página directo de ellos. El peor hotel la verdad.

I enjoyed my stay there I spent 9days there an everything was great from customer service straight down I’d definitely recommend here

Rooftop pool was awesome! Second day booking needed to reactivate key twice.

Charged 1.00 for ice. did not know that they did not use a shuttle any longer. I had to pay more for a taxi than the cost of the hotel.

I felt safe.The shower head was broken. The coffee was expensive .

no airport shuttle. no even a door in the bathroom

Good enough for the price and for a few days. Good wifi, very clean. Smallest shower I have seen and the area isnt the greatest at night.

The airport is run down there’s no air condition Securety is poor and most of the stuff in the airport don’t speak English at all very disappointed nativities none very disappointed with the truth

The staff were friendly from start to end. Breakfast was delicious and different every day. Will totally come back. Thank you all!
