Spacious apartment with all the facilities needed. Outdoor pool and garden area is fantastic. Central to everything Coolangatta has to offer.

The staff were very helpful, small problem with the TV which was rectified by reception desk

Check in was easy. Staff were very friendly. Unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed. Shower needs a non slip mat.

Fantastic pool area. Access to beach from the the pool area.

Really good stay, which we extended by 2 days. Lovely spacious room with pool and beach view. We will be back.

It is so handy to the beach

I had a 10-night stay at Oaks. The location was great and quiet, but the place looks and feels dated. As a solo traveller, I find the pool area not catered to adults, as it's more set up for kids, which is disappointing. So if you have a young family, it would be a great place to stay.

Great location as everything is within walking distance. Staff customer service was mixed- from grumpy and couldn’t be bothered, to pleasant and helpful. Room was very run down with lots of patching on walls but not repainted, kitchen cupboard doors hanging off, bed had to be fixed sd it wad missing legs and generally unclean- used coffee pods in sink upon arrival. No milk in fridge at all for tea and coffee. Pool nice. It was costly per night and we would not recommend it due to the state of the apartment

Our unit included all amenities that we needed and the staff were wonderful very family friendly walking distance to everything would recommend oaks Love to stay again

Would have given the 5 stars across the board but one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the amazing pool on the property which was closed the duration of our stay. There was no mention of it when I booked it and we were not told at check in. I was really disappointed.

Great location. Pool was great. Across the road from the beach was handy. I would recommend this hotel more for young families though. Did enjoy my stay though.

Always a pleasure to stay at Calypso, perfect location and wonderful pool area and gardens. Just park your car in the secure parking area and don't get in it again until you leave 🌺

Great place to stay. Close to everything. Very family oriented. Pool was all about the kids. Not really relaxing for adults only. Everything else was wonderful.
