Everything was going well

A very enjoyable stay as always, apart from the fact that there was a wedding reception going on and the music was a bit loud, We do find the charge for having a dog is excessive as most hotels charge half the price, I raised this point at the hotel and was told that if a pet has stayed in a room it has to be cleaned extra thoroughly but as the rooms are not carpeted I think that a much lesser charge would cover that and the other reason that I was given, was the price reflected the fact that they provide a dog cushion, a couple of little biscuits and a couple of doggy bowls which is irrelevant for anyone who travels with a large dog as the cushions are for very small dogs. my dog does not eat any food with artificial colouring or preservatives and as we are travelling we carry our own stainless steel doggy bowls, but apart from this , as I said at the beginning, an enjoyable stay with well deserved tribute to the very friendly reception staff.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and lovely staff and restaurant

Spacious restaurant, excellent food, but standard room was disappointingly small and dark, and very noisy throughout the night, especially from cleaners and early morning deliveries.

Great hotel we always stay when enroute to/from our place in Costa Blanca. Not much near the hotel but suits us when travelling with dogs.

We had a dog with us and was surprised to be charged 20 euros for a 1 night stay.

Great short stay

Spent one night after exploring Pamplona during the day. Liked being out of city center with easy parking. Room was very comfortable. Dinner at the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a very good experience!

Great hotel, very comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly and a warm welcome. EV charging point available. Dinner menu a little disappointing. Great value would recommend.

This was a wonderful hotel with the best staff, they always called us by name & took great care of us everyday

The room felt humid. The air conditioning was the worst had to sleep with the windows open. Windows have no screens. Tranportation from the hotel to the center of town was the worse I’ve experienced in my days of travel. There is no Uber, taxis are almost non-existent. The hotel offer a small van shuttle but once it’s full your out of luck. We were left in the city with no way to get back to the hotel. Ended up taking the bus that drops you off a few miles before the hotel and had to walk the rest of the way. I would never stay here again. The staff tried to be helpful but the hotel is definitely lacking.

Very antic looking hotel that has been upgraded. Excellent and very friendly staff. Pretty expensive, but then again I stayed there during the Running of the Bulls and hotel rooms were at a premium. Restaurant prices were also very high. Hotel pretty isolated, but did have a hourly shuttle service into Pamplona Center.

We went during San Fermin/running with the bulls. The hotel is not close to the city, but during that time it provides a free shuttle back and forth, as well as arranges a separate shuttle for those going to run or watch early in the morning. That was a big plus given how far out it was. Staff was very helpful. The ground are nice, and clearly made for events like weddings, though you can’t access all of them. The rooms were okay, without a fan in the bathroom and water spraying everywhere due to the partial shower door. Air conditioning worked well, which is great.
