The staff was very rude when we went to check in, he said he hasn't heard of Traveloka when I told him I already booked it and all he said was that they might be scammers. I wasn't happy with my experience and the staff told me to cancel my booking. His intention was for me to pay more directly to him at the hotel when my booking was much cheaper online with Traveloka. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
