This business-like hotel is near the Porta Nuova train station. There are many Best Western Hotels in the neighbourhood, but this one seems to be the most modern one. Walking distance from the station.

Good location Good rooms

Great service from friendly staff. The room was excellent.

I made a reservation for three adults and when I checked in they only gave me room for two people, they gave me a single bed when it was supposed to be two only because the other person at the time of check-in was not present.

Front desk was lovely and helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, room on the smaller side but ok for our one night stay. Bathroom ok, possible shower upgrade would be nice. Hotel just outside of city centre but plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Would recommend Pasion, Argentinian steakhouse. Hotel has its own car park under hotel.

Lovely Hotel, very friendly staff, delicious morning breakfast. Clean spacious rooms. Located not far from the main train station, where you’ll find plenty of shops and bars.

Overall good hotel. Clean ans comfortable. The parking is expensive and there's no other choice. One major probelm ials that they disabled the air-conditioning "because it's October'. It is October but it's also hot and I'm paying for a room with aircon. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

There is construction at the hotel so getting dropped off by a taxi is incredibly difficult. There seemed to be confusion with the staff when we asked to use the jacuzzi - they didn’t realize it was locked, there were no towels, it was dirty. The actual room was nice even though the shower stall leaked so we used a bunch of towels to clean up the floor. Overall, it was okay, has the potential to be great.

This is standard Best Western hotel - upper 3 star. Checking in took 20 minutes on day of arrival, which wasn't great. We received a good quality, clean twin room with shower, good TV, Coffee machine and Fridge at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. We were happy with the room. Breakfast was well laid out, enough for us and good value. The location is convenient for the Rail station, Metro and local attractions. The hotel advertises a Sauna, Wellness facility and an Executive Garden. All these facilities were closed. Using Covid as an excuse is not acceptable - either stop advertising these facilities or offer a refund. Even the downstairs Toilets were closed.

A very clean and friendly hotel. Bed is comfortable, we had a good sleep during our stay. The breakfast is very basic and a bit expensive for this what you get. But overall i am happy with the stay

Great location. would recommend. Unfortunately the had refurbishment activities in house and it was very loud suring daytime.

A/C didn't work effectively in the room and most of the breakfast options had run out half an hour before the breakfast ends on both days we stayed.

Always a pleasure to stay there, great reception ann very nice clean rooms. Location is great, 10 mins walking from the train station and a few from San Salvario with its many restaurants and bars.
