It’s old rooms you need to pay for parking and breakfast is limited Need a remodeling They do have nicer rooms but we were with Expedia so we got the basement and smelly corridors because of the pools Would not recommend this hotel

During my stay, I had a big fly in the room which was really disappointing, this is the first time I have encountered a fly in any hotel room, i understand in this weather we can expect the insects but i would not expect it in a hotel where i am paying around $400, the cleanliness could be better.

Convenient location at a great price

Easy to find ample parking easy check in room was clean and comfortable breakfast was okay no complaints I'd book the room again!

Everything was good

Breakfast area is in the basement back room, no windows and no space. One Elevator for the entire building including cleaning crew.

Great stay

Good location, close to the Incline Railway, comfortable and affordable, but the parking/entrance/elevator situation is uncomfortable and not easy access. Breakfast may not be taken up to your room, making for a crowded, noisy morning.

It’s very convenient place to stay in

Price was three times as high in the summer and now they want 30 dollars to park as well. At least parking should be included.

Staff was courteous and friendly, the room was clean, Very nice location close to the Falls.

Low price, so we shouldn’t have been surprised by the smell

Hotel located conveniently a block away from incline railway. Basic hotel, staff friendly and helpful, multiple family type restaurants located steps away. Breakfast with lots of options but very crowded, too small.

Hotel was close to bars, restaurants and the falls. Cute balconies, but no furniture to sit on. Breakfast included was a nice perk. Outdoor and indoor pool. Our room was clean, nothing fancy. Very loud on a Friday, Saturday night with People walking by.

It was a nice place. The air conditioning was a needed part sense it was so hot out. Overall it was a nice stay.

The location and the rooms were great at this hotel. Amenities were close by and withing walking distance (downtown), including parking at Comfort Inn. The only thing that I didn't like , was that the WiFi signal wasn't strong enough for myself and my girlfriend's laptops. Also, the fan in the bathroom didn't work in our room. Other then that, this is a great hotel to stay at in Niagara Falls.

So close to the falls. Good breakfast.

We enjoyed our overnight stay here. The accomodation was cozy. Breakfast was superb. Moreover, the locality looked safe.

Extra 30$ fee for parking. Outdated room, poor bfast, very noisy area. We expected much more for the price. We will never stay again at this place.
