Great over night stop over

Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid booking here at all costs. Arrived from Canada late at night and upon arrival had been told we were moved across the street to a different hotel (I guess under the same parent company?). This hotel (the HM Gran Fiesta) has a lower rating, worse reviews, and a lower nightly rate than what we paid. Further, we were booked into a queen bed and the room we were moved into across the street was 2 twin beds. We were given no notice of this whatsoever. Only once we arrived at our original hotel did we find out of these changes. When we reached out to the hotel via our booking company for at least a partial refund (considering the price we paid for our room was more than it would have been if we just booked at HM Gran Fiesta) they declined providing any refund. Be very careful booking here - or at least be prepared to be moved to a totally different hotel/room at a lower rate and room type and without any compensation. Horrible experience, can hardly believe this would be legal.

Lovely hotel, clean , convenient location , close to shops beach and bars and restaurants The only problem we had was adjoining room they were smoking weed ! I did complain to reception but it still continued!

Great hotel, with an incredible view at the roof top, but it is not beach front. Staffs are great, super polite and friendly.

Amazing hotel

When arrived the suite we booked was unacceptable , right on the corner of building extremely noisy so the following morning as arrived late so had to stay in the room for that night we changed rooms but a lot cheaper than what we payed so asked for a refund but was told we could'nt as the people that then went in our room was given free upgrade which was not great overall enjoyed it but on a busy road so traffic was loud .

Smooth check in even though we were very late. Very nice touch was that there was a plate of food ready for us late at night. All staff were helpful and polite.

The hotel is in a great location right next to the beach and walking distance from the strip which boasts restaurants bars and lots of nice shops. The hotel is very nice for the price its a great deal, the breakfast is lovely and the dinner options were also fair for what it was. They have themed nights in the restaurant for dinner which is great for abit of variety. the rooms are cleaned everyday when you need it and the pool and cocktails are great.

Fantastic stay in a really lovely hotel great staff special shout out to Paula who saved the day numerous times and Lluis. The only down side was no shade on terrace at all and too hot to use the day bed. But staff amazing. Pool staff ans lunches also fantastic. This hotel is spotless and smells divine. Close to beach but far enough not to hear all the noise

This was our second visit to this hotel. It’s a great location. The breakfast is wonderful and the pool is great. The only thing we found this time was the beds were abit uncomfortable and hard new beds would really have improved our stay

This hotel was excellent. I booked a last minute trip and my expectations weren’t high, but from the minute I arrived, I was wowed. The interiors and facilities were clean, modern and fresh and the rooms themselves spacious. I even had a partial sea view which I wasn’t expecting. Despite it being high season, I never had any problems finding a sun lounger by the pools, nor a table in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner. The hotel itself is conveniently located across the street from the beach promenade and with easy transport links to the airport, Palma and S’Arenal. Perhaps my only criticism would be that the luggage room isn’t very secure, as guests are given the key to leave and retrieve their own luggage. I would feel more comfortable if only hotel staff could access this room. Overall fantastic and I would definitely return.

Great rooms and friendly staff, however hotel had very strange decor in the hallways. Also, the area around the hotel did not feel very safe, especially at night.

Booked through Expedia. Friendly and capable staff. The room is very nice and spacious. Great pool area. 5min walk to the beach area and shops.

Beautiful hotel. Maybe due to off season, but it was a shame that the lounge was so quiet and not used. The turkish bath included wasnt what I expected, its a sauna and steam room! Clearer communication on this would be helpful. Overall staff were very helpful and went beyond to help as far as they could. Thank you!
