Excellent location, friendly stuff, beautiful beach.

The room is very spacious, my children were comfortable. The room had everything you need, even beach chairs and an umbrella. Easy access to the pool with chairs. The staff was very polite.

Spacious, convenient, clean.

The townhouse was large and everything was very convenient. I did not like the fact that the pool was not usable.

Scott and staff are all great.

Ventura is a very clean facility. The highlight here (besides the beach just steps away) is Scott the Manager. Funny, friendly, helpful and most accommodating. Chris the maintenance person is also quite friendly, capable and helpful. Truly everyone I’ve dealt with have all been extremely pleasant. They make you feel welcomed and at home. They also show how much they appreciate the business. My only hesitation in recommending Ventura is that my rating could result in limited availability! Lol

The condo was large and clean. It needs some updating as far as baths and kitchen.

Great place to stay, I highly recommend it. People are nice and unit is super clean and huge. We had a blast! We will definitely be coming back.

Close to beach, wonderful apartment with lots of space.

Location. Directly across the street from a beautiful beach,. easy access, and there was a fresh water shower that you could use to rinse off the sand.

Great for extended family vacations! The 2 and 3 bedroom condos have so much space to spread out, families gather at the pool, complex is small enough, you are just across the pool from your family! Across the street from the public beach with walk-through access at the Ventura sign! Very affordable!

Property was big and spacious but needs mayor updating. Beds need upgrading no smart TV’s but overall stay was pleasant.

Everything was awesome! It was equipped with everything you need while away from home. This was my first stay and it will not be my last

It was very nice. The only negative was the bed was uncomfortable. The beach across the street was the best beach I've ever been to. It was better than going down to the Keys. The room was huge. About as big as my house! I would definitely come back just wish they get new beds.

Condos are very spacious and conveniently right across the area from the beach.
