Great big rooms

Very clean throughout great facilities and very welcoming staff all round highly recommended

Great relaxing stay for a child free night. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Paid extra for the pool access and was perfect. Staying again tonight.

Paid £145 used the gym and there was no hot water for a shower in the entire building. Complained to staff stating that I had paid alot of money for no shower, And was going on a business evening out stinking. They offered me a free beer, if which I rejected, left my number for the manager to call me, to get a full refund, and no one called me. Disgusting

The hotel room was nice and comfortable, although noisy (the door was thin and had a gap underneath it so you could hear noise clearly from the corridor). The breakfast was okay although it was very busy and our table was cleared of our drinks when we were up getting our hot food (there was a queue with no plates and food was being replenished so we had to wait) and was given away so we had breakfast with another couple they we didn’t know (as there were no other tables) which was fine but not ideal. Other than that it was a nice stay, we would stay again but maybe not have the breakfast.

nice hotel (off an industrial estate) very close to A63 which gives ease of freedom to any location in the Hull area.

Nice stay as always

The hotel was modern and clean just off of the main road. The receptionist was helpful upon check in and the hotel was very busy. Very clean modern refurbed rooms Would definitely return.

nice htoel. clean and comfy. check in was confusing as first time visiting using the self check in

Hotel is on the basic side. Check In was very weighted towards self check in.

Staff were amazing however cleaners in the morning were extremely noisey and woke us up early on hoth morning of our stay. Room was cleam although we had to request shampoo and body wash for the shower on first night as our were empy. The staff on check in (james i think) couldnt have been more helpful and sorted it out straight away though. Food was amazing and all staff through out our stay both on the bar and in the hotel were lovely and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend amd will definitely be staying again.

Reception and check in were excellent and very friendly. It is near to Hessle Town centre, so went there for a curry. Had a nice Latte, but they dont do a hot chocolate. Would be a good idea to add that to rheir offering. They didn't have any decaff coffee for the room. Looking forward to using the pool facility.

Great stay, staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. 10 mins from centre of Hull. On-site bar and restaurant good value with the Village Rewards app. Would return

Brilliant hotel and we also enjoyed the pool and gym facilities!

Never stay on the second floor. Next to the spin class whic means you can’t chill in your room until 7pm and get woken up at 6am

Good sized rooms but lacking furniture, feels empty and cold.
