When I read the reviews they were all good but it was somewhat misleading. The hotel was not nice in my opinion. The rooms were so small you couldn’t really walk around and there was mold in our shower I took a picture to prove it. They said the hotel was renovated and newer but the room did not look like it was. We left the next day and checked into another hotel

Positives - Friendly reception staff, modern furnishings, comfortable bed, good shower and quiet effective air conditioning. Negatives - room smelt of cigarette smoke and would have preferred the option of a non-smoking room but this option wasn't available on the expedia website

The staff was very friendly and informative,the area was perfect as metro and public transport was nearby to travel around.also shops, cafes, restaurants, were all close by. Duomo di Milano was only 4 stops away on underground from hotel.

Location was very close to the red line metro station Lima which was great for getting around. Only 4 stops from duomo and other places also close by. Reception staff Rosa was so helpful in advising where to go etc and she also arranged our tickets to the serraville outlet. Also arranged for breakfast on the day we were leaving in the lobby area as we were leaving before breakfast commenced, The sewerage smell in the room was bad everytime the taps and flush were used. We had a suite but due to the hotel having limited staff, had to keep the sofa bed open all the time which was not ideal as kept coming in the way. Also very less storage space for a suite room

Napoleon Hotel was a real gem. Exellent staff with helpful and friendly approach to guests and well maintained property that looks and feels much newer than it is. A great location, close to bars, restaurants and metro. Ten out of ten!

Excellent location - due to prximity to M2(Red line) Metro, along with access to food, bars and plenty of shopping. Breakfast choice was great - and the entire staff were super freindly and helpful. Would stay again.

This property is located in one of the hidden gems of Milano: a quiet, green, unknown, small street. The street is abundant in food and drink options, both indoor and outdoor. The hotel is 2 min walk away from Lima metro station. The rooms are quite small but this downside is compensated by a great service. The reception guy, Gabi, even went to the great length of preparing us a packed breakfast as we were leaving the hotel early in the morning, well before the breakfast was served. He did it even though the hotel had no procedure defined for such cases. Overall, a great stay!

Would absolutely stay here again, offers everything you need while traveling. Breakfast buffet was great. Gabriel at the front desk was very helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations.

Nice hotel in Milan that is steps away from the Metro. Overall a nice hotel, but there was problems with the bathroom, where the towel heating rack would not turn off, and there was no hot water in the morning.

The room was clean, staff very helpful. Location was very good. There’s no AC after October 25 due to govt regulations, you open windows to cool off, Mrs. Mosquito and her friends come in without any invitation. Staff offered a fan. Otherwise it was good.
