Check-in was crowded, but the staff guided me through very smoothly. The bed was spacious and comfortable, but there was only one pillow, so two would have been nice. Also, the member's lounge on the first floor was very quiet and nice.

Near to Tokyo Big Sight and convenient to train stations.

Clean and spacious. strategic location. Easy to find transport, convenience stores, restaurants and malls. There is an airport bus transfer (paid) facility also directly from the hotel.

We chose the hotel as the location is near to Disney Sea and the hotel provides complimentary limousine bus to Disney sea. However you need to book it which can be done online. On the second night there was a typhoon Hagibis and the staff kept the guest informed about the typhoon. The location is far from the downtown however it has Family mart & Mcdonald on the corner of the hotel as well as microwave which you can use. The staff is friendly and assisted us with the luggage transportation to other hotel after checking out.

Good. In a serene area, but close to monorail station. It is good when you want to visit odaiba (Diver City, Venus Fort, etc) area, or other Tokyo Bay Area. There is complimentary shuttle to Tokyo Disney Resort.

Great breakfast and location and view.

The room was cozy enough even though small but great, the view from the 15th level wa superb. All the front desk staffs can speak English very well which is really helpful for the tourist. located near kokusai tenjijo makes really comfortable to travel around the town. there are stores and malls around the hotel area too. most of all I got a cheap price and also discount from Traveloka. Recommended!

awesome place. lots of facilities inside hotel and really easy to find restaurant around. Really affordable especially living in Odaiba area

Recommended for children under 5 years old, no additional charge, keep close to the station. there is a McD under the hotel ..
