Best stay ever

Nice location near the convention center and Disneyland. The gym was a little small and the weight machine was missing some parts

They were great

My stay was very delightful. The only thing that I did not like was housekeeping come knocking at 8:30 AM and wake me up from my sleep and continued to keep coming right until checkout lake checkout is at 11 AM. There should be no reason why you're knocking at 8:30 AM and on Every 15 to 20 minutes.

Good stay

He room was beautiful and clean , beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean . The staff were super friendly and they give you fresh warm cookies . Very fast check in

Love the suites, clean and comfortable

I've stayed at this particular hotel several times. It is a good value for the location. A few blocks away from Disneyland parks, and has a Target that is a few minutes away by car.

Great costumer service

Overall a good experience. Did not like that we were charged five dollars for using bottled water that we did not drink. Contacted hotel and they indicated they will be having head of housekeeping look into it. So far have not heard back.

Stay was great for going to Disneyland for a day.

Front desk service was great. Love the cookies. The shower had low water pressure. We stayed in the suite which gave us tons of space. The couch was not very comfortable to sleep or sit. It’s an old property but at a great price. It’s a bit of a walk to Disney.
