It was a great location

The wood making part of the door frame fell off when touched. The was no plug for either the wash hand basin or the bath, and there was nothing to hold the shower head on to the wall. There was a folder for information about the hotel that was unnecessary, as it was empty! The street outside hand a lot of rubbish lying around as well as several people who were sleeping rough. These things made it less than attractive.

Close to piazza garibaldi and station.Pillows a bit hard but bed good.Check in good with a real person there! Love it.

I booked a week’s stay in the hotel, whilst the room was cleaned every day the bed was not changed. Air conditioning was really good considering the room was very dated and needs a coat of paint. No kettle to make yourself a cup of tea, no cups/glasses to drink from, not even a cup in the bathroom to rinse your mouth after cleaning your teeth. Not enough hangers and no iron. The area the hotel was situated in wasn’t very nice lots of homelessness and alcoholics, lots of rubbish around the streets wheelie bins flowing and not emptied. Was a bit scary coming home after a night out. Hotel was very close to the train and bus station which was very good and we made use of every day.

The advert for this hotel is out of date as pictures are not realistic. Some amenities are no longer there and hotel is quite shabby Good point is near main station

Hotel just needs some updates but otherwise good location just one block to the metro station.

The property is old and well overdue for refurbishment particularly the bathroom. Street outside is very busy and noisy. Staff were helpful

A/C stopped working at night , went down to the front desk and the front desk clerk yelled at me. Had a very uncomfortable night since it was too hot with no AC.

The staff were very kind and went above and beyond to help me through a personal problem that arose during my stay. I will definitely stay here on my trips back to Naples!

Rooms are ok, outdated but very clean and liveable. The problem is the area around the property, is so unsafe, rubbish all over the place, homeless people and beggars everywhere, like 4 people tried to scam me and I was clutching my bag whole way to the hotel, convenient location to train station, I think if your visit Naples to use it as a home base to visit Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi etc it’s ok as your not hanging around the property often but if your coming to Naples to actually visit Naples I’d try to get somewhere near the old town and a safer and nicer place to use a Homebase for for visiting the coast would be Salerno, Salerno was abit rough around the edges but seemed safe and clean. I thought with the location and price it would be fine but I think I spent more on taxis because I didn’t feel safe walking around than I saved on choosing this place

Terrible, I never felt so disappointed !

too much disturbance at night time. The room walls are so thin that if you’re next door guests talking or moving beds it’s making so much noises on night time, sometimes its sound someone knocking on your door . u can’t sleep on night time because of the noises. outside the hotel too many homeless people are sitting. so plz avoid this hotel.

I loved that it was right across from the central station and I was easily able to get to the airport, around town, and to Pompeii. I could tell they take great pride in the rooms being very clean. The lighting in the room is a bit dark but I was able to open my window during the day to brighten the room. Being a single woman traveling solo I felt safe in the area despite how it looks. I also like that there were plenty of places to eat and a grocery store across the street.

Hotel was good in terms of spacious, good bed, bathroom and great staff. But the property is old and the neighbourhood is very unsafe; closer to the central train station

Just around the area was not safe. There was a lot of homeless people people drinking outside doing drugs and stuff like that so you have to be very careful, especially if you’re a solo travel people selling stuff on the street

The room needs upgrading

Eden was a nice enough hotel located in a dingy part of town. Parking is a nightmare. You have to go to a garage. 25euros/night. Otherwise no issues
