The only thing is that due to its location the parking is complicated and smelly, we just left the car in there to the last day. The breakfast buffet was just good, but they don’t clean the used tables, so we moved the dirty dishes ti another table to be able to seat where we want, and you need to ask for juice etc; the staff were good and nice, but what happen is that there’re only two workers; they moved fast and wanted to help everyone but there were much of guest for only two staff. On the other hand Marea Alta has great menu and the staff was very professional and friendly; the paella was exquisite, I recommend it.

Well located, beautiful beach close to Palacio de la Magdalena 20 minutes walking

Location is very good. NIce walk and restaurants around. We also had a lot of free parking around hotel. Staff was very nice to us even gave me an upgrade and they wished me happy birthday at check out they remembers. Nice touch.

A pleasant enough stay at the Rio Silken, a 5 night break mainly as a base for the football in Bilbao! Room was fine, bed was comfy for good nights rest, and the staff more than helpful and responsive.

Towels were changed almost daily. One issue we had was that tea and coffee were not automatically replenished. This had to be paid for. Not 4 star service. Hotel very well situated right in the front close to all the bars and restaurants and beaches of El Sardinero

All of the staff were kind and helpful our room was very comfortable with amazing view The coffee shop also had lots of nice snacks to choose from

Fantastic place to stay. Very clean and welcoming with all modern amenities.. I got a free upgrade to a seaview which was amazing. I cant wait to come and stay again.

Great hotel over looking the beach. Buses outside to go to city centre in 5 mins. Would stay again.

Superb value. Super clean and modern. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to good resaurants and bars. Plus adjacent to the.beach. We'll be back.
