We loved our stay at AQUA hotel! Bar was very convenient and decent prices, pool is small but enough for our needs

Good budget hotel. Breakfast good. Evening meal fair - no drinks included not even water or coffee- with hindsight I would go B&B not half board. Outside area small but wasn’t a problem in mid-June. Our room had a small balcony overlooking someone’s back garden and tatty buildings. Staff helpful

Good hotel in the area , but … Too short breakfast time 8-10, late short dinner time 19:30-21:30, poor choices for dinner, artificial cakes ,older lady in dinning area doesn’t speak English and have problem what sparkling water means , too early check out 10:00. Tiny pool with very limited spaces. Great reception staff . Nice smell in hotel areas , good size rooms .

I liked the lobby and pool area. Food options were acceptable. The rooms were disgusting. They were loud, dark, and not properly cleaned. Very dirty floors.

Hotel was clean and generally a nice standard however it was very noisy. Music until midnight and then guests being loud until 2am. Reception staff did nothing to ask guests to be quiet. Nightmare for families trying to sleep.

There were so many things wrong. Firstly, the duvet was not enclosed it had a loose sheet on top followed by the duvet and then another loose sheet below it. Therefore the duvet was not enclosed, which is extremely unhygienic. The towels had stains on them and the bathroom had a really bad smell. When we confronted the receptionist and manager about the duvet, they acted clueless and gave very cold replies. The only good thing about the place was its location.

The hotel is in the residential area and during night is very noisy. We could sleep well during our stay. The isolation is very bad. The breakfast is nice. Everything is waking distance.

Need to expand their food variety but all other parts of the stay were good

I took my Mum abroad to Lloret De Mar from the UK, it was the first time she's been away for 33 years. We absolutely loved it here, staff are very accommodating, rooms are lovely, and the food options for full board breakfast, lunch and dinner are amazing. I don't know how they do it! Will absolutely be returning if the need arises. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Unfortunately, my stay was shorter than planned. I visited Lloret and stayed in AQUA less than a full day. The city was really packed with people around their 20s, which was not the vibe my girlfriend and I were looking for, and the infrastructure was just terrible. At the end of the day, we returned to Barcelona because the hotel didn't offer parking (they only have like 8 spots) and there was just no way to find parking in the city. I felt like the hotel staff could have informed us about this. On the contrary, they reassured us that parking would be super easy and we had to look for a place to park from 9 pm until 11 pm and then give up. Besides, the hotel kept a loud cover of party musics playing all they long in the pool and the walls a super thin. When we left for Barcelona at midnight the music was still playing.

Lovely modern hotel situated close to resort centre

The hotel was for us in a good location for driving into abd out of the area. Staff were very helpful , rooms were cleaned daily with new towels. The food was very nice and there was a variety of dishes to eat. Service with a smile and happy with the choice and price.

Didn’t like the Quadruple room.We booked a queen size bed and 2 singles...we got a queen size made into 2 singles and a double bed..

Good lication, friendly cleaners, bar & reception staff. Nice rooms, but beware if booking a premium room, as their bathrooms have a missing 4th wall & there is a window from one of the 3 walls into the bedroom 🙈😱 Beans at breakfast are usually cold, as they are not left on a hot plate & the warm bulb above them produces less heat than a candle. However, there is a large selection of bread, croissants, cereal & salad. I'd recommend walking to Cala Banys & visiting Canyelles (If you walk around the cliffside, be prepared to go up & down LOTS & LOTS of steps, but it's worth it) 😊

Lovely hotel and will be staying here again. Staff very helpful and hotel was spotless.
