Hotel lies about airport shuttle- no shuttle to hotel from airport (25 euro taxi fare), and a 15 euro charge for shuttle from hotel to airport. Avoid!

Elaborated ruse and scam played by this property and the local taxi cab industry. There is no shuttle bus and travel back and forth to airport cost 50+ Euro for this 5 min trip. With that extra money you can easily book a nice decent hotel within the airport. We had the ultimate bad experience and wasn’t even able to find a taxi making to this hotel at midnight .

Clean room great service

Definitely not a 4 star motels. Very basic and lacks of amenities in the room. Nothing is near by. This motel needs an update. I will not stay here again.

You'll need a taxi if arriving after midnight, which can be hired at Mallensa airport departures for ~35 €

The room was ok but had only a sheet on the bed and no heating we could work The door did not lock and so we had to put out chairs against it over night as we arrived late and were not prepared to waste time trying to sort it out (3 am check in - 8 am leave ) it was clean and functional but was like an Eastern European hotel from the 90s. Breakfast was really good however and the shuttle service was great . Overall had the room had blankets and if the door locked we would have been happy . Not somewhere you want to stay long term but as an overnight option cheap and doable

Convenient location with friendly staff

A bit further out than I realised so costs 30 euro in taxi form the airport but was convenient for my last night in Italy!

Great breakfast, far exceeding expectation for an airport hotel!

The staff were very helpful and friendly! I had a late night flight so this was a great stop just to get some rest close to the airport! Breakfast was included which was a great surprise!

Our airline canceled our flight so we had to cancel the previously scheduled shuttle to airport. The hotel made us pay for the shuttle cancelation.

Simple place we only needed for one night. When we entered, the room had a very strong smell as if to mask an odor and the bathroom floor was soaked for some reason. Breakfast was fine and staff was responsive and helpful. It’s in a bit of an abandoned-looking area of town, but we had a car and felt safe.

Good enough for a quick night of sleep before leaving for the airport or after arriving

This should be advertised as a motel, not a hotel motel. It's about 15 to 20 minutes drive from terminal 2. Great if you have a hire car. Not much to do in the local vilkage, but nice restaurant and a great view across a forest. Lots of noise erupting from adjacent rooms. Rooms are fine.

It’s a motel and room smelled a lot to cigarette. Other than that is decent.

You cannot find a better convenient place to stay for the purpose of air travel from terminal 1 Malpensa airport. Comfortable stay great value for money. Very good pizza restaurant about 3 minutes walk from the motel.

Great place beautifully landscaped clean spacious rooms ice cold air conditioning excellent breakfast we will be back for sure
