Excellent staff

Excellent location with beautiful views of the bay and many restaurants nearby. Great staff and overall service. Spacious rooms and bathrooms.

The hotel is set in a beautiful building and enjoys a fantastic location — just a short walk to the city centre and the boats, which was especially convenient for our island-hopping plans. That said, I would strongly recommend requesting an exterior room. Ours was an interior room, and it felt very dark and confined, with a tiny window facing a shadowy inner courtyard. The room itself was also quite small, which added to the feeling of claustrophobia.

It was excellent except there was no complimentary coffee/tea in the room

AC hotel in Vigo is in its usual standard. Spacious rooms, extremely well equipped, excellent service

Lovely hotel in the centre of Vigo. Unfortunately the door to the balcony leaked due to the torrential rain we experienced one night. The bar was not open during our 3 night stay. Vigo is very, very hilly.

Nice place, friendly staff. Right in front of the port. No cafeteria or restaurant service weekends, only breakfast and room minibar. Hart to find a nice restaurant close to Hotel, something rare in Galicia

I stayed here while traveling on business from the US. They were very friendly and accommodating to me.

Beautiful hotel and great price/quality ratio. The only problem we had was parking. The hotel does not offer parking or a valet to attend to the car. The hotel recommended a parking lot but it was too far walking for us (seniors) and we had to park across the street where the price was high (30 euros just overnight). Other than that, everything was very nice. Room, staff, food, drinks, etc
