Great location and easy walk to bars and restaurants

Beautiful location - close to Nordkapp

Cigarette smoke all over, even indoors. The parking situation was terrible. The room was tiny. The breakfast was overrun by loud rude cruise ship groups. I don’t recommend this place.

Very easy to access NordKapp. Good location for boarding the Hurtigruten. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Good central location

Arrived early in the morning but was allowed to check in anyhow. Excellent breakfast buffet included. 24 hour front desk service. Basic room with good internet speed.

A good option in the North Cape, due to limited choice. but not up to international standard for the price. It look more like a 2 stars hotels

Try not to get the rooms with a view if you don’t want anyone piercing at your window from a huge cruise ship. Otherwise, the hotel is adequate for our needs. The location is good.

Our room was comfortable and clean. I liked having a soap dish in the shower along with the soap dispenser. The parking was convenient right behind the hotel. Although there was no entrance to the hotel from the back. You had to walk around to the front to enter the hotel. The Tourist Information was right behind the hotel. The pillows were fluffy! Our breakfast was almost a nightmare! We entered the breakfast area at 6 AM, only to find that all the tables had been reserved for tour groups. The one tour that was there acted as though we were intruding in their territory. Our kind hostess, Ulrike, did say that we could sit at our table for 45 minutes. At that time another tour would be using this table. The breakfast items were minimal, compared to all the other hotels during our 3 week trip. This was the first hotel that did not have decaf coffee. There was coffee available at the front desk, for a charge of 15 NOK!!! Pretty Cheap! There were very little receptacles in the room. The only one I could find was in the bathroom.

Hotel was great but staff (mainly from Sweden) knew nothing about local area. They said go to nordkapp.no website but when I had further questions they were no help

last minute choice on a last minute trip. Check-in was bad. Arrived at midnight after long day. After 1/2 hr trying to be check in, person finally gave up and gave me a key to the room and said it would be dealt with in the morning. Very thin curtain for a place that has 24 hr daylight. Poor quality breakfast. Hotel is usually used by bus tour groups. I would not return.

WLAN is not available in the room. It's only availabe in public area (e.g. lobby).

The room is quite small and the facilities are not good enough. The internet is not friendlyused when comparing with the other hotels in Finland and Norway. However, the service in the restaurant is very good. The degree of the comfort is not matched with the high price.

3 netter på et litt slitt hotell, men med meget servicevennlig innstilt personale. Savnet stekt egg på frokosten, men ellers ok.

Et fint opphold, men det manglet såpe både i dispenser på vasken og i dusjen - og det merket jeg ikke før jeg stod inni dusjen.

Gammelt brugt hotel, stort set al personale kom fra Spanien og talte kun spansk og engelsk. Værelse tilstand godt brugt, morgenmad var langt under “Scandic” norm. Aftensmad var også under standard. Prisleje ligger for højt i forhold til standard. For en enkelt overnatning er det måske ok, men book ikke flere overnatninger. Nogle receptionister var meget mere serviceminded end andre.

Utdaterte rom med dårlig renhold. Dårlig luft i frokostsalen. På tide en oppgradering!

Greit hotell, men gammelt. Ingen som forstår Norsk i resepsjonen. Dårlig med parkering. Men hyggelig personale. Ingen problem med å bo der noen døgn.

Sentral beliggenhet, gratis parkering, ellers ok standard. Siden vi skulle videre med Hurtigruten neste dag kl. 05:45, skulle betjeningen, hotellsjefen, ordne med nistepakke. Ingen nistepakke klar neste morning, og det var ikke mulig å lage noen, travelt opptatt med å tilberede frokost til hotellets øvrige gjester
