Well it the city cars and trucks pass through but it walking distance to beach my room was like a motel

Very good and clean

I liked the easy access from garage to the hotel rooms it was easy to bring our luggage up. I didn’t like how outdated it was for the price I paid. Beds were hard , but my family still enjoyed the beach and pool area of the hotel.

I tried to get a refund from the property because there was conditions that made it unsafe for my family to stay at this location. The elevator was needs repair and air. My son could not breath in the room because there was so much smoking going before we arrived.

Buffet breakfast was excellent along with the staffnthat served it. Supplied towels for pool. There was DJ by the pool in the afternoon that played fun games for adults and children.

The property was well maintained, and we had a very enoyable stay. One thing i would prefer to see happen prior to staying again, an aduly only pool designation. 3 pools, with 3 hot tubs and 1 wading pool and a lazy river, kids have enough to keep busy and give adults some space. Kids were just being kids, but 20-30 kids in a pool next to the bar is too much.

The Dayton was a very good place to stay. Shay, at the check in counter was very nice and helpful as we forgot our card in the room and there was no problem getting another. The place was very clean and exceeded my expectations!! Will definitely stay here next vacation!!

Easy access to the pool was nice . The hallways however needed updating and air conditioned.the staff was very nice and helpful.the bartenders were great at the pool bar but it was very small

Room was dirty and found roaches in the room each of the 3 days. Major infestation.

Breakfast was great and office staff was exceptional. They placed us in an old building we were uncomfortable all night and checked out the next morning. Not what we expected!!

Love the generous free breakfast each morning, walking distance to the beach.

Pretty basic amenities. Property seemed old and in need of renovation. Our room had mold on the walls, and the hallways smelled damp. The pools were okay, and the walk to the beach was nice. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a fabulous stay in the South Building. Very Clean room! Staff was Fabulous! Easy access to Pools, Beach Lawn area, Drinks were all Wonderful!!! Morning Breakfast and Staff were absolutely Fabulous!!

What I didn’t like is the towel system. You are given cards as if those are the towels.. I turned my card towels in the day before I left between 9:50 to 10pm and was still charged 125.00 for towels I never received or retrieved. The personnel at the desk didn’t input I returned the cards.. we didn’t even need the hotel towels because I bought beach towels as gift for my guest. I would appreciate if management would check the cameras to verify this because it is very unfair.. I see if I had taken the towels or didn’t return the card.
