Staff seems a bit unorganized, gave us the key to someone else’s room and we walked in on them. Funnily enough before doing so gave us the typical “I’m so uninterested in you” attitude. Ended up being a bit embracing f

Great stay. I have just two comments: - it was a bit too hot in the room (in winter) - and the shower is not well designed, it is practically impossible to not wet all the floor of the bathroom

Stayed their 4 nights but for some weird reasons I only got my room serviced once‼ Told the overnight staff at the front desk and he kept on saying that he will make a note of it⁉️

The stay was comfortable and the staff was extremely courteous. However, despite the booking being entirely prepaid, the hotel asked to block an amount of 200Euros for ongoing expenses which I agreed to. The idea was to deduct the city tax (appx 20 EUR) and return the balance 180 euros. However, the hotel debited the entire 200Euros (which the staff acknowledged was a mistake), and I am having to follow up for my refund!

In my years of visits to Paris, this has been one of the best because of this hotel! Wonderful staff, great breakfast buffet, clean and quiet hotel with everything nearby. I really loved it!

Comfortable stay overall. A little farther from the city but i will choose this location if you are driving. They have safe parking.

Room was good, restaurant was good - it was convenient for my trip as it was close to the factory that I was visiting.

Good location for access to central Paris. Pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable 3-day stay. Breakfast buffet was good value. Disappointing that no free WiFi within bedroom.

Great hotel with good service! Local area could be nicer

Stayed here for four nights for a wedding. Close to good transport links to centre of Paris, as tram stop is closely located near hotel. Comfortable bed and clean room. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Breakfast is basic pastries and cereals and fruit and hot food.

4 tram stations away from La Defense. The location has around a few places to eat and the hotel has its own restaurant. It is Marriott standard, so no surprises. I picked this place due to the location that was convenient. The price was more reasonable compared to the Paris hotels.

I would give the rating a five if not that during checkout, i was told to pay 4.4€ per night for City tax. Since i stayed for 4 days, an extra US$22 was charged. I had no choice but paid them in order to arrive airport ontime. I understand that when I booked thru Expedia, every cents should have been paid for. Is there something missing here between Expedia and Courryard?
