The hotel was located in the heart of things. Very walkable to whatever we wanted to see/do.

Good attention from the staff, good recommendations.

Our was the smallest room I have ever seen. There was no place to put a suitcase let alone 2. We booked this room for 2 people and upon arrival were told it's for 1 but we still took it since it had a double bed. It was clean and a good location and staff was friendly. My biggest complaint is the shower situation. There was a half door and the shower base was perfectly flat so the bathroom flooded every day during a shower.

I only choose hotels that already score 8+. We were disappointed and felt it was expensive for what we got. Noisy room on first floor near corridor and lift. Noise from people on the road. Bathroom very small and awkward door to enter. Bed comfortable. Breakfast good. Well located in Seville

It was very nice conveniently located to a lot of of the attractions, but we only spent one day because it was raining the whole time we were there

This was a perfect place for a one night stay. While the hotel may be older with a small elevator, the shower, bed and products offered in the room more than made up for it. I loved this place and will definitely be back. The breakfast was so so good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Such great value for what you pay.

We stayed in a cute corner room with street views! The shower was the best from the trip so far! The only reason for a 4 was that I am sensitive to smells and I felt that there was an imbedded smoke smell in the room. Besides that it was perfect location!

Good location

Excellent stay at this hotel. Walking distance to everything. The hotel and room were spotless. Great value for the money. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend. There’s a Thai massage place across the hotel, Relaxzy. Exactly what I needed after being exhausted from walking. It was the best massage I ever had!

Very friendly and welcoming staff who made extra effort with guests. The hotel is very central so we could walk everywhere. I recommend the hotel.

No problems with the stay. Breakfast was a fantastic European buffet. Cleaning staff does a great job. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. A safe and vibrant location. Only dislikes was room was very small and bed very hard. With that said I would still stay with them again.

One of the 4 shower knobs came off. I jumped out of the shower because scalding water (not exaggerating about the temperature; it was unbearable) was spraying directly at me. Due to the large shower door opening, water was spraying onto the floor. We got the knob back on and the water turned off. By this time, the bathroom was flooded as well as some of the room. A few of our belongings that were on the floor were soaked. We cleaned up the best we could by mopping up with the towels and wringing them out. When we told them what happened, front desk staff offered another room but we had dinner reservations and no time to move. When we asked for some type of compensation (breakfast would have been great), we were told that the solution was that they offered another room. They were not sympathetic at all. Just not good customer service. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Hotel located in the heart of the old city. Very helpful nice and friendly staff. We are highly recommended that hotel.

Very affordable stay in a very short distance to city monuments. The room was tiny but had all that is needed to make the stay pleasant. It had a good balcony and the bed was comfy. One particular thing was that there was a bar like just on the corner that was open very very late am, that allow you to get some additional drinks late in the night. This is a Highly recomendable place.

I liked the convenience of the location and the cleanliness of the room where I stayed.
