Overall just excellent

We found the location quite central for the things we wanted to do and see in the city. The reception staff were very good and helpful for our planning of visits in the area. Room was very comfortable and spacious. All the staff we came across were very good and particularly so in the restaurant for breakfast. Food was plentiful and good too.

Great location, and nice rooms.

Staff were friendly, the room was clean as expected with an iron and hair dryer as standard. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel has recently been renovated and is quite nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an outstanding breakfast included. Easy walking distance to the entire quay district.

I would suggest new photos and have them be untouched, show the high traffic road 5 feet from hotel. The town although I live the history part is really tattered. Service everywhere is just.....void of personality, the service workers are a bit like zombies. I live Ireland but this hotel and town don't represent.

Telly wouldnt work said they would change our room never done it

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the temperature was just right. The bathroom, especially the shower, was excellent. The receptionist was extremely nice, friendly, and informative, which made check-in and my stay even better. The location is very central, making it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing all out couldn’t fault the beds are so comfortable

Professional and understated.

Beautiful hotel tucked away in a quiet side street. Room 415 was great and a fairly new bathroom, With an amazing shower. Restaurant food very good and breakfast excellent

The area we were in looks a bit rundown but the interior of the hotel is very nice

Menu in the bar was very limited

My stay was good apart from the extracor Tan and the plug in the sink of the bathroom not working

Hotel was very clean and well maintained however, for me, the gifhlight of my wtay was the very frirbdly and welcoming staff. From moment I checked in to the time I checked out, everyone was really friendly and personable.
