If you want to be immediately greeted by a group smoking weed and hanging out around the outside of the hotel this is the place for you. Felt uncomfortable right away and I was traveling alone…The room was dirty, furniture in disrepair, hallway light shining through a crack in the door. I was supposed to stay for 4 more nights and I left after one night even though I couldn’t get my money back. I will never return. However, the staff are all incredibly friendly and doing the best they can with what they’re given.

Clean room and lovely staff

Quiet hotel, well located, spacious rooms, friendly but sparse staff, and good value. Requires renovation. Dirty exterior, cigarette butts everywhere. A group of older adults gathered at the entrance, playing games and drinking whiskey.

Nice breakfast helpful staff

The room was a suite, it was moldy, paid $250 deposit for a disgusting room, let the management know they didn’t even allow me to change rooms.

Close to airport

Clean rooms, friendly and receptive staff. Great location. Indoor pool was a plus.

We stayed to move my daughter into FGCU. It was a lovely experience and I know I will be back!

Hot tub was disgusting blowing out black residue when jets turn on paint inside hot tub was peeling ! Bad Oder in room carpets all torn up and wet bed looked like someone slept in it prior to check in did not want to stay left an hour or so after check in
