Well this place is amazing. It's very clean. Very chic room was very nice, spacious and clean it had everything we needed. All the soaps creams everything bathroom was huge. The shower was huge. There was even a whirlpool with a view. We had a corner room which provided with extra windows so it was quite a sight. The restaurant was delicious. The staff at the counter to greet us was super friendly and helpful. They gave us a really, really nice room. They were very helpful. Also, the valet parking guys were super polite and available. My car was parked right in front. They were always there ready for me to help me just like the reception and just like the cleaning staff in the morning they were very polite and helpful. The room had everything we needed and more. We had a fridge. We had a coffee machine. He had bathrobes. We had everything. This hotel is not a five star for nothing. It's really a nice place. I would recommend this to anybody go try this hotel. Treat yourself to something you deserve. This place is magical and unique. In that area there is a pool indoors. There's a pool outdoors at there's places to walk around the lake. There are all kinds of sitting areas and really, really well equipped hotel. There are other places that are nice around there but not like this place the Hilton lac leamy is the best hotel in the area

Not what I expected for the price. 1. Drove around for 40 minutes looking for parking. 2. At check out I tried getting my 100$ room deposit back, but staff had me waiting over 30 minutes for someone to check the room (at check in they said it would be ten minutes) and kept taking people waiting in line… seemed like I was never going to get the deposit back. So I just left. I didn’t have time for that. 3. Room service food was not good. We don’t bother eating it. 4. Water pressure was the pits. Good luck getting soap out of your hair. 5. Breakfast buffet was good. 6. Life guards are attentive and friendly. Don’t think I’ll be back unless I get a coupon from them for this sub par experience from a Hilton.

Tout était parfait

We had a great night as we were in town for a wedding. The hotel is so beautiful and our room as spacious and so comfortable. My only complaint is I wish we were able to stay longer!

Hilton has lost a few stars along the way it seems. Friday of a long weekend and the TGV was closed. That's okay, they may be short staffed. The pool desk agent mentioned I could order snacks and wine from the hotel's restaurant while I watched the kids play in the outdoor pool. Turns out it wasn't the case. Absolutely clean & friendly staff

The Hotel was very nice. However, it feels like it is getting run down. The windows looking outside were a bit dirty as I could see cob webs and other dirt on the outside window as if it had not been cleaned in a while. Significant dust behind the bedside table. No smart TV just basic cable and some non-hd channels, felt like a very old setup. I had to bring my own smart TV setup so I could watch tv with my dad. Bathroom was clean but again was old and outdated including bath, shower, lights etc. Food as usual was fantastic apart from a few delivery mistakes to the room. The Hotel appears to be taking more care of the outside amenities than inside, the garden was extremely well kept, even path along the lake. The price is steep for the quality offered. Some suggestions, Renovate the rooms and include modern amenities and services, including Smart TV with the ability of people to login to their favorite streaming services. Bonus point was given due to the Hotel being dog friendly, otherwise I would have rated the hotel 2 star. Hopefully there will be improvements in future.

Convenient location

The only negative point: there is a lack of high-capacity charging stations for electric vehicles. Only four small 6.2 kW stations are not enough.

Good service

The front desk staff member was very welcoming and clearly explained all the amenities. There were plenty of things to do, and the pool was nice. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view. I would recommend this hotel.

Amazing grounds and a delightful get away! Sasha at the restaurant was an exceptional waiter! Definitely will ho back
