I recently returned to the resort for a second stay, but unfortunately, my experience was again disappointing. Despite promises, I never received the complimentary bottle of wine. I also had to wait over an hour for my room to be ready, which was frustrating. Once in the room, the mini fridge didn't work, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell of urine. The highlight of my stay, as before, was the food and service at THALASSA, which remains exceptional. However, these ongoing issues prevent me from considering a return visit.

Pro: Property was easy to navigate. Room was clean Con: room service was terrible. 1st night I called 3 times in 2.5 hrs and never received ordered food. 2nd night - received order but it wasn’t what I ordered. 3rd night they were delivering and food when I never made an order. We couldn’t get a reservation the 1st two nights this eating buffet. The cab/private shuttle pickup service was silly. We were told to be at lobby for pickup. After 40 min of waiting our private shuttle driver contacted us and stated resort doesn’t allow them onto property. When I spoke with desk they said they’d give us a ride to the gate of the resort. The resort is absolutely gorgeous, 10/10 customer service and communication. The food was actually better than expected as well as we had a chance to try almost every restaurant on the adult side. I will say that our only complaints were that the TV wasn’t working and they don’t allow Ubers to pass the gate to pick you up if you’re leaving the resort. The sound on the TV was working, but we couldn’t see anything. We spoke to front desk about 3 times about this issue and nothing was ever done, no accommodations given. Other than that, the experience was beautiful and the views were stunning.

Great property. They snuck in an attempt to sell a travel membership on us by giving us a "welcome breakfast" despite the all-inclusive nature of the resort. Salesmen weren't at all pushy, though, and were quite pleasant. The experience overall was great, and the over-21 nature made it that much better.

Overall ok. Hot water in our hot tub didn’t work and wasn't fixed (they said a tech was sent but it still wasn't working the next day). Some of the wait staff very clearly don't want to be there, often have to be flagged down to order. Some staff had a hard time understanding food allergies and one person in my party had a reaction two different times. Don't accept the "exclusive breakfast" as they'll kidnap you for 3 hours to sell you timeshare and refuse to bring you back no matter how many times you ask. Also don't complain about this to guest services as they'll only laugh at you and blame you. The property itself is nice/pretty and probably the only reason I would consider going back.

Friendly staff. Clean. Nice beach and pool areas. Dislike: Restaurant reservations need to be made days in advance. And you need to remember to bring your ticket. No quick service options. No grab and go options. One buffet at night on family side. Food picked thru and unappealing. No food available between 10a and 12p for late risers or early lunch. Food truck very very slow service on adult side. No food after 10p or before 7a Very few diabetic drink options. I would be nice if they had a QR code regarding excursions offered and prices so you could look at options while relaxing at pool, beach, or room rather than having to go to Lobby. Would prevent people from buying at beach. The vendors at the beach explain excursions and have pictures. I also think it is very poor that guests have to go to gate to get outside transportation.

This is not an all inclusive resort. It is more like being on a cruise ship where you have to have scheduled reservations for your meals. Then you have a two day wait to get in somewhere you want but when you are there it is not even to half capacity, same for events like golf. You need a two day notice that you want to play golf. Majority of the staff is rude and the buildings are poorly maintained. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained so the visual appeal is nice. Once we arrived we upgraded to a private pool room. Pool and patio are very nice. However the room Air-conditioning quit working and it was 10 hours before someone would come look at it. Shower knobs fell off and the water barely comes out of the shower head. When you call the front desk if anyone answers if you were to ask for soda and ice you will get half of what you asked for. When asked if I could be reimbursed for any of the inconvenience they state that they don't handle the bookings and money. They just do check ins
