Generally good except two things. When I book a room for three people on Orbitz and it does not allow me to choose breakfast for three, then I have to pay for the extra meal at the hotel. Also there is a 500 CNY security deposit that you have to pay at the check-in desk upon arrival, which makes the experience not so frictionless.

Nice fancy hotel but a little outfashioned, the facilities are fine but might have seen better days. Could use a couple upgrades here and there. The service was wonderful. We had to leave in an emergency after the first night and the concierge helped us look at several train alternatives for a very complicated rail trip. Furthermore they reimbursed our second night without any penalties. Really appreciated!!
