Excellent, kind, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Very clean. Spectacular views. Outstanding service. Easy walk to everywhere.

This is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in. Its deco is modern with still some old school Italian touches . The gardens and outdoor areas are beautiful. Lovely poolside area. Amazing view from the room! Location is excellent very close to Sorrento square with all the shops, restaurants and bars. But most of all what really made our stay great was the hospitality of the staff. So kind, funny, helpful, professional and really go the extra mile. 10/10! Would highly recommend staying here! Also great buffet breakfast included, which is a big plus :)

The hotel is very noisy. There is no sound insulation in the rooms so you can hear everything. You have to pay €3 for a pool towel.

Hotel Conca Park is beautiful and the art throughout the hotel is impressive and so fun to look at. The main areas are well-kept and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and well prepared. It was nice to have a patio on our room and the evenings were breathtaking from the grounds. You are close to all the main areas of Sorrento and it was easy to get around. The elevators were struggling when we were there, which made getting up and down from our room difficult.

Lovely property, excellent location, a few minutes walk from the centre of Sorrento restaurants and bars. The breakfast was amazing. We had a deluxe sea view room and the views were beautiful looking over the bay. Stunning hotel I would highly recommend,

An absolutely beautiful hotel with gorgeous landscaping! Great pool area and a fantastic breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accommodating always. we will definitely return here for our next trip back to Sorrento

Had an amazing stay here for my birthday. Great location and very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good too. Would happily return again.

The room was great except one of the amenities that we paid for for the room, the jacuzzi was empty and did not work properly.

Clean and very easy to visit the main dining and shopping areas, very walkable

The front desk receptionist were very unhelpful and seemed very unwelcoming all throughout our stay. Everyone didn’t seem to help or care if we where there our not
