Did love the place, the beach front and beautiful pool, great food nearby but showers and elevators very small, Price is excellent for this place so a great stay overall

The staff was incredibly attentive, polite, and always available to help with anything we needed. The breakfast offered a great variety and everything was delicious. The front desk was always ready to assist us, making our experience even more pleasant. The beach area was amazing — spacious and very well maintained — and the pool was also great. Every member of the team was kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is very clean and up to date, but the parking is very tight and limited, luckily you can park on a lot of the side streets for free and overnight. The bathrooms are small. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the beach is great! I have celiac and they were very accomodating preparing gluten free foods for breakfast. I can’t comment on lunch or dinner as we didn’t eat here. (Buffet only) I would recommend it.

Room was adequate but no services available. Saturday stay no bar/Restaurant open. The beach area was all set up but that was it.

Considering this a 4 star we were disappointed. The room was only set up for one person so immediately had to go and afk for extra towels. The room was comfortable and clean but you couldn’t swing a cat in the bathroom - very compact! The breakfast was OK but not the best I have had in my travels across Europe in the past week - catering for a very sweet tooth. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star definitely not 4! Although we were out of season and they had decorators in … might have more of an atmosphere in busy season.

The hotel has a beautiful beach view. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant looked nice and the amenities were modern. The bed, however, was not comfortable.

Room was comfortable and we had a lovely view along the beach.

Best Adriatic & local area views. This Hotel is the first one on the beach strip so the views from our room were the best Adriatic & local area views you could possible get. There is a restaurant on site but there are lots of other places to try, in the near vicinity. We would recommend this Hotel to any of our friends & family.

The sea lion hotel was in a perfect location ,with a fantastic view .our room was faultless fantastic view from balcony and an amazing view for seeing the sun rise . There was a supermarket just a few minutes away and very close to some great restaurants ,ice cream parlours etc

Nice modern hotel in Montesilvano. Great to have a pool, but the lifeguard played the music SO LOUD that went had to leave and go to the beach. Then, Marco approached us to say the beach chairs had been reserved - even though we paid the resort fee, and there were no signs we could see discussing such requirement. It was frustrating. Morning breakfast was good other than the powdered orange juice. Location was fantastic, but roads are closed evenings from 8pm-1230am due to a daily festival. Would have been good to know this as it was hard to figure out how to get to the hotel.
