The Breakfast was great

After our last stay at another hotel across the street from this Hampton, this was heaven! The people were beyond amazing and friendly. I would 100% stay here again.

Quick overnight stay. Staff was excellent. Room is a little dated but well maintained.

Nice location and friendly check in staff. First room AC was not working. I was quickly moved to another room. Pros; nice breakfast, ample parking, cold AC and decent mattress. Cons; second floor (232) facing pool is very pound with kids swimming or screaming. Request odd number I was in 239. Terrible pillows, down and thin. Facial /body soap is a bar and leaves a residue. Dorm fridge door would not shut completely due to the freezer completely froze solid with excessive ice. I turned off and placed a towel to catch the water so the next guest won’t have to deal with it.

Excellent - friendly staff, check in and out were essy and quick, quiet, ckean, breakfast was great! Planning on stating next year. Perfect.

At the front desk on Friday evening, June 13, 2025, Melissa was excellent. Personable, experienced, and very helpful. Thank you, Melissa! On Sunday morning (I believe she was also there on Saturday morning), the young lady was preoccupied with her cell phone and less concerned with a guest standing at her desk, acting as though I was causing her an inconvenience. When I checked out on Sunday morning, June 15, 2025, I was emailed an invoice that showed my residence address as being in Las Vegas, NV and not in Baton Rouge. How did this happen? Very strange.

Good stay. Bed wonderful. Need a keurig with Folgers Colombian available when kitchen closed.

Close to airport

Jocelyn at the front desk did a wonderful job of solving a problem with the room I was given at check-in. On a busy weekend when the hotel was near capacity, she found an available room, moved me to that room which was much nicer, and I slept very well because of her efforts on my behalf. Thank you, Jocelyn!

The service was excellent, but I was disappointed that my room didn't have a microwave or refrigerator. I could do without those two things, but there was no closet or iron, so I had to attend my meeting with a wrinkled shirt.
