Easy to check in, friendly staff. The fold out sofa had not been cleaned and had no blanket. And the “breakfast included” was extremely limited.

Lobby and breakfast area small and old. Bathtub in room old, stained & dirty. Pull out couch was horrible and nobody could sleep on it. Very disappointed and would never stay at this location again.

My girlfriend and I both work at branded corporate properties so with our discounts we could have stayed on the waterfront for half the price in much nicer hotels. In spite of that we wanted to stay somewhere with jacuzzi suites so we booked it as the website says they are pet friendly. Upon checking in they told us that the suites were not pet friendly and they would have to downgrade us to a king suite. Knowing what a headache it is to get an expedia refund we agreed because the agent did offer to adjust the rate. It has now been several days and no adjustment was done on the rate, I called expedia and they only offered us points. We do not want expedia points as we rarely use expedia. Between the trash location and the downgrade it was a pretty terrible all around experience.

Hallways noisy.. had been woken up 2 times throughout the night and called front desk... after exhaustion finally was able to sleep...doors and walls are not insulated well.. door barely shuts tight..you can see lighy through crack of door.. sheets were dirty, there was a weird suspicious item in the hole of the outlet..the fire alarm was not even wired

It was really stressful! So this is our first time in Mississippi I had booked for me and my husband for a weekend getaway! They gave me so much problems first when I booked it I placed an insurance fee so if anything happens I would get my refund! Well something did happen in our personal life that had us wanting to cancel the booking so when I canceled it I was expecting my money back just to find out that they canceled my insurance fee and when I called them they told me that “I CANCELED MY FEE SO I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK” and it was the Indian lady so I figured she was the owner because she seemed to be handling majority of the things that go on there! So she made sure to not even go out her way to help because something serious happened! When we arrived there the hotel looked bad and wasn’t really clean like they made it seem and the day after we got up to go get breakfast and there was literally NOTHING! NO FOOD! no eggs just waffles cereal and cheap yogurt and some nasty looking soup out of a can in a crockpot! I was so upset after I asked why they didn’t have eggs they said oh the franchise doesn’t require it! So I was like okay! That night we were trying to make the bed and I found some type of orange bug 🐛 in the bed and on the sink!! When I tell you I thank god my husband was with me because I freaked out so bad and I hate bugs so I told him to hurry up and grab it and toss it! I’m so disappointed yall please NEVER GO THERE! That was the worst hotel

Floor, chairs, tub, and shower curtain were all pretty dirty. Saw one German cockroach. Didn’t complain so can’t say how they would’ve handled it. Wasn’t too awful was fine for a couple nights.

The room I booked was suppose to be a suite with a pull out couch but that is not what we got so our stay was not as comfortable as it could have been.
