Breakfast was good.

Maintenance was slow. We reported on the first night of our three night stay that the bathroom sink was plugged up and didn't drain right. the carpeting was wet next to the bed by the bathroom wall as well and was also reported. No action was taken during our stay to repair.

It was a great stay!

We had a very long travel day and wanted to get a good night’s rest which we did. As for breakfast we didn’t have the opportunity to take it in. The coffee was fine and so was the orange juice. All in all a fine stay.

Everything you need in a hotel including cinnamon rolls for breakfast.

This hotel is centrally located for all that we wanted to do, between hiking trails off Skyline Drive to antiquing at the multitude of antique malls and shops in the area. The hotel has been consistently clean, quiet and in very good condition over the several years we have been visiting the area. Management is especially responsive to suggestions and happy to assist guests in any way they can. Kudoes to Jaime for being a wonderful asset!

We've stayed here for over 15 years and its quite nice. The complimentary breakfast is good.

Hotel is clean. But bathroom has such bad lighting. There is no where to put makeup on. Didn't have a light over the vanity in bathroom. The room was great and bed comfortable

Cleaning wasn't done everyday.

Room was musty Bathroom had Mold on ceiling & Fan didn;t work. Stayed 3 nights & they never once turned over our room EVEN after I requested it..

Mold in the Kuerig; coffee in the lobby was watery; breakfast was good, room was ok, noisy room at night; hallways were not air-conditioned

Nice and clean.

Bathroom had hair in floor and behind door. Soap dispenser in shower empty. Couldn’t sleep most of night since there was a loud sound all night in room. (Video attached).Phone on bedside stand had static sound coming out of it on and off all night. Could hear doors slamming and people walking all night. Would not be my first choice of hotels next time we go to visit sister in law. Staff at front desk were nice.

Clean and quiet

Despite being a busy weekend (UVA graduation), staff at checkin were pleasant and quick. Property is clean but could use a few little touch ups. Breakfast is supposed to be nice so we are looking forward to it.
