He asked to add extra bed for 1 person, at that moment happened the response from the front office manager is not polite at the time of his intention to request additional charge room, it seems he assume I lie because the number of guests there are 7 org in 3 rooms, so I was noisy and responded to manager Front office even emotion with the reason of hotel management policy, last because my intention is not to lie I pay additional charge room it, Not the money but the way the front office manager service is less fun so I'm not comfortable, even front office staff + security more sympathy.
